When you take the pledge, you will be entered for the chance to win free roundtrip rides in participating cities (up to $50 each way) for 20 friends, family members, or colleagues to get to and from a holiday event of your choice.* Participating cities include Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Utica, and Westchester. *NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN. Sweepstakes Name: New York Holiday Safe Rides. Sweepstakes Period: Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11am EST – Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 5pm EST. Winners Announced: Thursday December 14, 2017. Entry Requirements: You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the state of New York. Additionally, your 2017 holiday party must be in Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Utica, Syracuse or Westchester, New York (each, a “Participating City”). Method of Entry: Enter to win by completing the designated questionnaire. YOU MAY ONLY SUBMIT 1 ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one winner will be selected from each Participating City. Each winner will receive 20 promotional codes. Each code will be valid for up to two rides on the uberX view for up to $50 off each ride. The promotional codes will only be active on the night of the holiday party as designated by the winner and subject to a geofence as set by Uber. The ride must occur within the city of the designated holiday party. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2000. Contact: Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone.
