Per airport regulations, drivers must adhere to the terms below while on airport property. Failure to do so may result in the receipt of a citation from airport authorities or a loss of access to airport trips on the Uber platform. Please note that Uber will not pay for any citations that drivers may incur.

• When on airport property waiting for trip requests, the driver app must be open and online at all times (drivers must not go offline until exiting the airport area)
• Drivers may wait for requests in the designated waiting area located at the corner of Autopilot Driver and Rudder Road, north of the airport (see map below)
• Drivers waiting elsewhere will not receive trip requests through the driver app
• Waiting at terminals or elsewhere on airport property is prohibited and may result in a citation
• All ride pickups must occur at the upper section of the Arrivals level (see map below)
• The Uber decal (trade dress) for vehicles must always be displayed on the rear passenger window facing outward. Drivers can obtain this Uber decal at their local Greenlight Hub or fill out this form to receive one by mail

空港との合意に基づき、乗客は出発ロビー階で降車できます。乗車サービスの完了後に配車リクエストを受け取るには、ドライバー用アプリを開いてオンラインにし、待機列の順番を確保する必要があります。

再マッチング機能

また、ダレス国際空港で再マッチング機能の提供を開始しました。再マッチング機能により、空港で乗車サービスを完了したばかりのドライバーは、待機用駐車場に移動することなく配車リクエストを受け取ることができます。

空港で乗車サービスが完了後は、待機エリアに向かい、指定されたドライバーの待機列に並んで空港での配車リクエストを受けることができます。再マッチングは保証されませんが、待機用駐車場への移動中に再マッチングリクエストが届く場合があります。空港の規制により、ターミナル敷地内での必要以上の走行および停車は禁止されています。エンジンをかけたまま歩道脇に停車していると、空港当局から違反切符を切られることがあります。
