How it works

1. Log in

Get on the road and log in to the Driver app to begin receiving delivery requests.

2. Deliver orders

Suggested navigation and information from restaurants and your customers is provided in the app to help deliveries run smoothly.

3. Earn money

You can track your earnings and cash out daily or weekly.

Delivery requirements*

Car delivery

  • Meet the minimum age to drive in your city
  • Have a 2-door or 4-door car that is 20 years old or newer
  • Have a valid driver's license, registration, and vehicle insurance
  • Have at least one year of driving experience

Scooter delivery

  • Be at least 19 years old
  • Have a motorized scooter under 50cc that is 20 years old or newer
  • Have a valid driver's license, registration, and vehicle insurance
  • When signing up, be sure to choose Deliver with a Scooter under transportation method

Bike delivery

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a government-issued ID
  • When signing up, be sure to choose Deliver with a Bike under transportation method

How to get started

New to the Uber platform?

  • Sign up to deliver
  • Consent to a screening and upload the required documents and a photo
  • Once you’re notified that you are active, you can begin to receive delivery requests

Already on the Uber platform?

  • Open the Driver app and navigate to Account, then select Vehicles
  • Once you review and accept the delivery terms, you can begin receiving delivery requests
  • You can turn delivery requests on and off as you wish
