  • Have completed at least 150 trips with Uber
  • Maintain a minimum rating of 4.70
  • Are eligible to complete passenger trips with Uber

  • Drivers who meet the following criteria are eligible for a Tesla car rental with Hertz:

    • Have completed at least 150 trips with Uber

    • If you have not completed 150 trips, you can keep driving and completing trips
    • If you have a rating below 4.70, you can complete more trips and provide quality service to riders to help boost your rating

  • Yes. The Vehicle Marketplace offers rental options from various partners. Check it out and make a reservation today.

  • Teslas will first be available in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. If they aren’t available in your city, see if your city has a waitlist in the Vehicle Marketplace.

  • Tesla rentals cost $334 per week, excluding taxes and fees.¹

  • All rental offers come with insurance included. There may be an option to purchase additional insurance.

  • 2021 Tesla Model 3 (Standard Range Plus) vehicles will be available.

¹To get a car with this offer, the driver must have been cleared to drive with Uber and be either 21 or 25 years of age, depending on the rental terms set forth by the rental companies. ²Drivers of fully electric vehicles are eligible for the Zero Emissions incentive program. The program will be valid until 3:59am local time on December 31, 2022, and only on UberX, UberXL, Uber Comfort, Uber Green, and Uber Eats trips. Drivers can opt in at any time during this period. Eligible drivers will receive the Zero Emissions incentive and any other promotions available. To be eligible for the Zero Emissions incentive, drivers with more than one vehicle need to complete at least 90% of all trips with a battery electric vehicle. You can earn a maximum of $4,000 in 12 months. Uber reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments in the event of error, suspected fraud, illegality, or violation of driver terms or these terms. Offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and without notice.
