  • It’s up to the driver’s discretion. With Uber Premier, Private car, and Premier EV you can request luggage assistance when selecting your ride. But drivers may not always be able to assist in all circumstances.

  • If all your luggage does not fit, we recommend canceling and requesting a larger ride. You’ll be able to request a refund for ride cancellation fees if they are applied.

  • If you decide to get more than one vehicle because passenger or cargo space might be an issue for your group, the best way to do it is have the Uber account holders in your group request the vehicles you need.

    If you're the only person in the group with an Uber account, you can request up to 3 rides on demand at the same time from your account; you can personally request one of the rides, then select 1 or 2 people from your phone's contacts to request the others.
