Vehicle requirements in Czech Republic

Vehicle requirements:

  • 4/5 doors, in good condition
  • Steering wheel on the left side
  • A minimum of 5 spaces on the vehicle registration certificate
  • Registered in the Czech Republic
  • With valid insurance and technical inspection
  • Vehicle registered as taxi
  • Working windows and air conditioning

  • Vehicle certificate of registration in the Taxi Services Register

  • Seats at least 4 passengers in addition to the driver
  • Model from 2003 or newer

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 150 trips completed
  • Rating of 4.85
  • The production year depends on the vehicle model

Uber Airport

This service is available for trips to and from Václav Havel Airport Prague.

Requirements:

  • Complete airport safety training
  • Hold a valid ID that allows access to priority lanes
  • Use a dark-coloured vehicle from the selected list and no older than 5 years
  • Speak Czech fluently and have basic knowledge of English
