Amplify your voice with Uber Crew
Whether you bring people food or help them get home safely, you keep your communities moving. And you know your work better than anyone.
That’s why we’ve launched Uber Crew, a program that lets you choose other drivers and couriers in your state to share your thoughts with Uber.
Your Crew Member will spotlight your concerns and feedback while working closely with decision-makers at Uber to help inform and improve new products. By participating in the Crew program, you can help us give drivers and couriers everywhere a better way to make their voices heard.
With Uber Crew, we collaborate together.

What Crew Members do
Crew Members are in contact with Uber nearly every week volunteering their time to:
- Meet with local drivers and delivery people over video or phone to discuss local issues
Raise local issues to Uber’s regional teams
Collaborate with Uber’s product teams on new app features
Provide feedback and ideas on new projects
Crew Members should be available for roughly 50 hours over 12 months (time is voluntary, but we anticipate you will get out of it what you put into it).
