Quick fare fixes

Introducing self-service support when you forget to start a trip

Everyone forgets to start or end a trip once in awhile. Now you can correct your fare, without contacting Uber. Easily confirm the pickup and dropoff location at t.uber.com/farefix,, and soon in the app, to receive an adjusted payout.

How It Works:

  • Go to t.uber.com/farefix and find Issues With My Fare

  • Tap ‘I forgot to end or begin my trip’

  • Tap the green Next button

  • Check the pickup and dropoff locations

  • Tap Done. Your fare will be adjusted within a few minutes

Faster document reviews

Get an answer within 2 hours

We’re speeding up the review process for documents including registration, driver’s licenses, and insurance cards.

When you upload these documents, we’ll get you an answer on average within 2 hours. That way your earnings aren’t interrupted, and you always know where you stand.

How It Works:

  • Go to the Profile tab of your Driver app and select Documents

  • Any document that needs to be updated will be in red at the top of your screen

  • Tap the expired document and use the Driver app to scan an updated copy

  • Tap Submit

  • We’ll review your document and respond within 2 hours via email

Greenlight Hub Appointments

Get in-person help on your schedule

For certain types of appointments, including payment discrepancies, accident paperwork, and app issues, you can now schedule your visit at a Greenlight Hub. Scheduling is easy with just a few taps in the app.

How It Works:

  • In the Help tab in your Driver app, find your issue and scroll down to tap Visit Us In Person

  • Find a location nearby and select an available time that works for you

  • Tap the blue Schedule button to confirm your appointment
