Earnings supplement for commercial drivers

Earn more on economy trips like UberX, XL, and Uber Comfort


Uber is introducing a new supplement for every mile you drive with a passenger in the car on economy trips (like UberX, UberXL, Comfort and more) for commercial drivers¹. Effective February 24th, the new supplement for Arizona is $0.21. To qualify, you must maintain your own commercial permit, registration, and insurance and other required documents.

There is no limit to how many trips or miles can qualify. The “Commercial Supplement” will be based on estimated miles for the trip and will be included on your Offer Card², trip receipt, and Weekly Statement.

The commercial supplement is an additional earnings opportunity for drivers with commercial permits. It is not a reimbursement for the costs associated with permits, insurance, or any other similar expenses and will not equal those costs. The commercial supplement applies on UberX and UberX Share, UberX Priority, UberXL, Comfort, Comfort Electric, Uber Green, Uber Pet.
