What criteria is needed for Uber Eats Pro status?
To unlock and keep different Uber Eats Pro tiers, you need to meet certain requirements. These may include the minimum requirement across the following stats:
- Acceptance rate
- On-time rate
- Cancellation rate
- Satisfaction rating
- Points, accrued monthly
Where do I check my stats and status?
You can check your stats, status, and rewards in the Uber Eats Pro hub, located in the Menu of your Driver app.
What are Preferred Deliveries?
Couriers on Gold, Platinum, and Diamond status get priority access to higher-paying trips through a reward called Preferred Deliveries. Through this reward, couriers with higher status can earn more per hour than Green couriers in their city.
Why don’t I see these criteria and rewards in my Driver app?
The new Uber Eats Pro program is live in select cities across the United States (check the Driver app to find out if it’s live in your city). We’re gradually rolling it out to more regions inside and outside the US. You’ll receive advance notice before any changes appear in your Uber Eats Pro program.

²Higher earnings per hour online of Gold and higher-status couriers are due in part to their acceptance rate. Acceptance rates are part of the criteria for status eligibility. Actual earnings vary, depending on factors like number of trips completed, time of day, and location. Earnings include trip fares, certain promotions (which are subject to change and may vary), and tips (which are provided at the discretion of the consumer). For the avoidance of doubt, couriers are paid based on their completed trips, but not hourly or weekly.
