本キャンペーンは、このメールを Uber Japan 株式会社（以下「当社」） から直接受信したお客様ご本人を対象としています。

本キャンペーンと並行又は連続して類似するキャンペーンが実施される可能性があります。他のプロモーションとの適用関係を含む利用条件や他のプロモーションの状況については、お客様ご自身で随時ご確認ください。

当社はその任意の裁量で、事前の予告なくいつでも、本キャンペーンの内容や対象者を変更、延長または終了する権利を有しております。

本キャンペーンに直接または間接に起因する紛争が生じた場合、当社による決定が最終判断となります。

本キャンペーンは、乗車場所と降車場所の両方が以下の対象地域に含まれる、以下の車両タイプの配車リクエストを対象としています。

• 乗車場所：日本国内のサービスエリア（詳しくはこちら)
• 配車タイプ：タクシー (Taxi)  ・プレミアム（Premier）・大型ワゴンプレミ アム（Premier VAN）・EV プレミアム（Premier EV）・大型ワゴンタクシー（Taxi XL）・大型ワゴン（Taxi XL Van）

本キャンペーンのプロモーションコード（【JP_MAR26_TPR_POWER】、以下本プロモーションコードと表記）は、本プロモーションメールが送信された日から7日間有効です。

配車依頼前に本プロモーションコードが入力されていない場合、プロモーションの適用を受けることができません。

本プロモーションコードは、現金によるお支払いには適用されません。

本プロモーションコードはご利用のアカウントに自動的に適用されますが、適用までに時間がかかる場合があります。配車をリクエストする前に、Uber アプリ内の[アカウント] – [お支払い方法] で表示される画面の [プロモーション] セクションをご確認ください。本プロモーションコードの情報がアカウントにまだ反映されていない場合は、ご自身でプロモーションコードを追加してください。

複数のプロモーションコードがアプリ内に入力されている場合、最も大きい割引額が自動的に適用されます。乗車料金が割引の上限額未満であっても、残額の繰越や払い戻し等は行いません。

乗車料金の超過額は、お客様が支払うものとします。

本プロモーションコードを譲渡することはできません。

万が一、本プロモーションコードの適用を受けられない場合は、ヘルプまでお問い合わせください。

お客様が配車を依頼することにより、当社の乗客向け 利用規約及び プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

This campaign is open only to those customers who have received this email directly from Uber Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “Uber”).

Similar promotions may run concurrently or consecutively with this Campaign. You are responsible for checking the terms and conditions, including any applicable relationship with other promotions, and the status of other promotions at any time.

Uber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, extend, or terminate this Campaign and its eligibility at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute arising directly or indirectly out of this campaign, the decision by Uber shall be final.

This campaign is open to requests for dispatch of the following vehicle types where both the boarding and drop-off locations are within the following target areas

• Areas: Areas: Available service areas in Japan. See details here.

• Dispatch Type: Taxi,  Premier, Premier VAN, Premier EV, Taxi XL, Taxi XL Van

The promotion code “JP_MAR26_TPR_POWER” is valid for 7 days from the date on which the promotional email is sent by the Uber App.

This promotion code will be automatically applied, but may take some time to be applied. Before requesting a ride, please check the “Promotions” section of the screen displayed under “Account” – “Payment Methods” in the Uber app. If the information for this promotion code is not already reflected in your account, please add “JP_MAR26_TPR_POWER”.

If this promotion code is not entered prior to the dispatch request, the promotion will not be applied.

This promotion code is not applicable for payments made in cash or through Apple Pay.

If multiple promotion codes are entered into the Uber app, the highest promotion amount will be automatically applied. If the fare is less than the maximum amount, the remaining amount will not be carried over or refunded.

Any additional fare shall be paid by the customer.

This promotion code is non-transferable.
