The app makes it fast and convenient for you to tell your driver how to find you or what your status is. No awkward calls required.
Why it's helpful
Sometimes you want to give your driver a few extra details ahead of the pick-up. Now it’s even easier to share a tip (‘I’m wearing a red jacket’) or send your driver a quick pre-written message like ‘I'm outside’ with a single tap, right there in the app.
We designed pick-up messages to encourage safe driving, too. Drivers can have the messages read aloud, and they can simply tap to respond.
How it works
Request a trip
Tap to open the app and request a trip as you normally would.
Tap the ‘Any pick-up notes?’ field
Select from pre-written messages or write your own.
Hit ‘Send’
Let your driver know where you are or other helpful updates.
