Many people who drive with Uber have amazing stories. You can learn more about your driver in their profile, which includes fun facts like what languages they speak, what hobbies they like and why they drive.
Why it's helpful
A driver’s profile is full of intriguing information. Besides ratings, achievement badges and trip history, you can view compliments or even thank-you notes left by riders like you. Getting to know one another makes for a brighter day – and a better trip.
How it works
Open the app
Tap to open the app and request a trip as you normally would.
Check out the driver's profile
Once a driver accepts your trip, you’ll be able to scroll down to a card that opens their driver profile.
Add to their driver profile
For trips that you've rated 5 stars, you can leave a compliment or thank-you note for your driver. This feedback shows your appreciation and helps fellow riders learn about their driver.
