Organisations with an existing Uber for Business Corporate Account (“Corporate Account”) that receive a direct communication from Uber identifying them as eligible for this offer (“Offer”) are eligible to receive a one-time Uber for Business credit if they meet the eligibility criteria below and meet or exceed the spend target communicated to their organisation between 12:00 AM GMT/BST on May 11, 2026 and 11:59 PM GMT/BST on July 10, 2026 (the “Offer Eligibility Period”). Uber for Business credits can be useduni on eligible active Uber for Business programmes.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Offer, your organisation must:

• Have an existing Uber for Business Corporate Account in good standing, as determined by Uber at its sole discretion.
• Receive a direct communication from Uber identifying your organisation as eligible for the Offer, including the spend target and corresponding credit amount communicated to your organisation.
• Meet or exceed the spending target communicated to your organisation during the Offer Eligibility Period through qualifying spend.
• Pay for the qualifying transaction using the designated centralised billing method on the Corporate Account.
• Be registered with an eligible organisation in the United Kingdom as determined by Uber.
• Comply with the applicable Uber for Business Terms and Conditions accepted when creating your account. Undefined, capitalised terms used herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Uber for Business Terms and Conditions.

Credit

• Uber will issue a one-off credit in the amount communicated to your organisation upon meeting or exceeding the spend target during the Offer Eligibility Period.
• Only one (1) credit can be earned per eligible organisation.
• Uber for Business credit will appear under the Billing tab in the Dashboard within ten (10) working days after qualifying spend has been processed and verified by Uber.
• The credit will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing at the time the credit is issued.
• Credits can be used across eligible Uber for Business programmes.

Additional Terms

Qualifying Spend: Only completed, fully paid transactions that meet all the following criteria will count towards the spend target communicated to your organisation:

• Transactions must be completed during the Offer Eligibility Period.
• Transactions must be made through Travel, Meals, or Central programmes associated with the Corporate Account.
• Spending on Vouchers, Gift Cards, or tips is not eligible.
• Transactions must be paid using a payment method linked to the Corporate Account.
• Transactions must not be cancelled, refunded, or subject to a partial payment or split payment. Spend on cancelled trips or refunded amounts is not eligible
• Any overspend on spending allowances charged to an individual Authorised User’s payment method is not eligible
• Taxes, tips, and fees are excluded from qualifying spend. Uber will determine qualifying spend based on its internal records.
• The Offer is limited to one (1) credit per eligible organisation, regardless of the number of Programmes used or transactions completed.

Credit Limitations: Uber for Business credits can be used on any Uber for Business programme associated with the Corporate Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any cash equivalent. Credits cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Uber and its affiliates do not sell Uber for Business credits.

Expiry: Uber for Business credits earned through this Offer do not expire as long as the Corporate Account remains in good standing. However, Uber reserves the right to withdraw any unused credits if fraud, abuse, or breaches of these terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If the Corporate Account is terminated for any reason, any remaining credits will be lost.

Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or any claims reducing qualifying spend will result in a corresponding adjustment to eligibility. If the qualifying spend falls below the spend target communicated to your organisation as a result, the credit may be withheld or revoked.

Account and Dashboard Limitations: Organisations can only receive Uber for Business credits for eligible spend associated with one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard. Uber reserves the right to combine or cancel multiple Corporate Accounts or Dashboards for a single organisation.

Geography and Availability: This Offer is valid only in supported geographies as determined by Uber and may not be available to all organisations. This Offer is not available to government or quasi-government entities or entities owned, controlled by, or created by a government entity.

Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void Uber for Business credits if fraud, abuse, or breaches of these Terms or the Uber for Business General Terms and Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is terminated or cancelled, any spend or orders on that account will not count towards eligibility, and any earned credits will be forfeited. Uber is not responsible for unauthorised use of Uber for Business credits.

Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will take effect once the updated terms are posted. The Offer Eligibility Period may be extended, shortened, or amended by Uber. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
