4. The rider will receive an SMS confirmation with their trip details and a link to track their trip – no Uber app required.
5. If a rider has the Uber app, they can track trips in-app, access safety features, and contact our Customer Support team.

Coordinators can message a driver directly by selecting Contact on a trip. Riders who have the app can message the driver directly within their chat feature.
- Do riders need to pay for Central trips?
No, Central trips are paid for by organisations that request them, so guest users do not need to pay or tip drivers on their trips.
- What if I need to contact a driver after a trip has finished?
After each trip, you can go to the "Past trips" section of the dashboard and click on Request Support to auto-populate an email to our Support team. Riders who have the app can contact Support directly within the app.
