Alabama regulations require Uber partners to get a 20-point vehicle inspection prior to taking their first trip. Please print a copy of the official Uber inspection form and bring it to a certified service technician to fill out and sign. This form is accepted statewide. Other forms will only be accepted if they satisfy the same requirements as the official Uber form available below.
