Starting December 11, we’re piloting an easier, more efficient pickup experience for UberX trips at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This new pickup experience will be in effect from 9am-11pm, seven days a week.
How it works:
- Request an UberX trip to receive your 6-digit PIN
- Walk to the Uber pickup zone
- Join the line
- Give PIN to first available driver
- Verify vehicle and driver details before you get into the vehicle
