Pro-tips for driving on NYE
- Contacting riders: With traffic expected, it’s smart to stay in touch with riders. If your ETA is going to be longer than usual or you’re having trouble finding your rider, let them know.
- Identify your rider: Verify you’re picking up the correct rider by asking their name before starting the trip.
- Drive safely: It’s a party out there, and you can expect there will be distractions. Follow the rules of the road and stay focused on the quality service you always provide.
