As part of our agreement with Hillsborough County, driver-partners must complete a vehicle inspection and upload it to our site within 3 weeks of taking your first trip to continue receiving requests in Hillsborough County.

To make it as easy as possible, we offer free vehicle inspections over video chat with our mechanics. To get your complimentary vehicle inspection, text INSPECTION and your phone’s operating device (iPhone or Android) to 213-545-2520. One of our agents will get in touch from Monday–Friday, 11am-5pm to set up your inspection.
