5-Star Trips can turn into Pistons Tickets

You do a lot for riders and we know that your rating is important to you. We would like to recognize those drivers who give 5-Star trips to riders.

From December 27th – January 22nd, each trip you take where a rider gives you 5 stars will enter you to win two Pistons tickets. The more 5-star trips you take, the better your chances of winning. Every week, you’ll have a new chance to win, with prizes drawn on a weekly basis.

5 Star Pro-Tips

1. Greet the rider with his or her first name when they enter the car. This will also ensure you have the right rider.
2. Confirm the riders destination and check to see if they have a particular route.
3. Riders appreciate a clean car. Make sure your vehicle is clean on the inside. It is also helpful to have room in your trunk in case riders need to transport luggage.
4. Ask riders if they want to listen to particular music while on their trip. If you want to listen to your own station, sign up for a free Pandora account.
5. Ask riders to make sure they have all their belongings before they exit your car.

Bonus Pro-Tip: Avoid asking for five-star ratings from riders. It could make riders feel uncomfortable and result in a lower rating.
