以下Uberからの大晦日、元旦の運行情報に関するお知らせです。

＜大晦日から新年にかけてのUberへのご乗車は計画的に＞

大晦日から新年にかけてスムーズなサービスを提供できるよう、車の数を増やし準備しています。しかし、多くの方からのリクエストを受ける時間帯ともなるため、以下の点にご注意いただき、リクエストをいただければ幸いです。よろしくお願いします。

– スムーズにお車をご提供するために、「年始特別料金」が適応されることがあります。

繁忙期に安定したお車の提供を実施するため、大晦日〜元日にかけ「年始特別料金」が適用されることがございます。リクエスト数とお車の数により調整され、ご乗車料金が設定されます。以下の年始特別料金(*)に関してご一読ください。

– お車のリクエスト数のピークは深夜12時～明け方3時までを予想しています。

– お迎え時間が通常以上にかかる可能性があります。

ご利用リクエストが増えることが予想されるため、通常以上にお迎え時間がかかる可能性がございます。ご了承いただければ幸いです。

– もし地図上にお車が見えない場合も、再度Uberアプリをチェックしてください。

もしUberアプリを立ち上げていただいてもお車が地図上にない場合は、数分お待ちいただき、再度アプリを立ち上げてお車をご確認ください。ご降車が終了次第、すぐにお客様をお迎えいたします。

*＜年始特別料金に関しまして＞

– 年始特別料金は、お車への需要と供給を基本として設定されています。

– お車のリクエスト数のピークは深夜12時〜明け方3時までを予想しています。

– 年始特別料金が適用される場合、太字で大きくご乗車料金のご変更がある旨、明記いたします。

– 概算お見積もりの機能をお使いいただければ、料金変更後のご降車目的地までの料金をご確認いただけます。

– 年始特別料金の変更のご確認画面では、料金のご変更倍数をご入力いただき、皆様もご料金の変更をご確認いただけます。

New Year’s Eve is upon us and Uber is excited to be a part of you ringing in 2014!

As usual during our soft launch period, cars will be concentrated in the Roppongi area and ready to take you smoothly to your next spot in style!

Here are a few pro tips to maximize Uber this New Year’s Eve.

PLAN AHEAD FOR A SMOOTH NIGHT

We’ll have an increased number of cars on the road to help you get where you want to go. But, it is Uber’s busiest night of the year, so here are a few tips to make your night smoother:

– Check back if you don’t immediately see a car – if you don’t see a car nearby at first, check the app again in a few minutes. Cars will be becoming available constantly, but it may take a few tries.

-Be flexible with your plans — travel before 8pm, between 10:30pm-12am, and after 3am for highest availability.

– Surge pricing will be in effect to help you get a ride – During the busiest times, Uber rates increase to enhance reliability. As soon as more cars open up, prices go back down. Please read below for more information about surge pricing:

WHAT’S SURGE PRICING AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

– Surge multiples change based on actual supply and demand. We expect the highest multiples expected between midnight and 3am.

– You’ll be notified in BIG, BOLD print if surge pricing is in effect

– Don’t forget – the Fare Quote option in app can help you understand the costs of your journey before you make your request. If surge pricing is in effect, your fare quote will take that into account.

– The Surge confirmation screen requires you to type in the surge multiplier to make sure you know what to expect

Use invite code to invite more friends!

If you have friends who have not yet signed up for Uber, New Years Eve is just the chance to give the gift of Uber. Remember that if they sign up with your promo code, they get 2,000yen off their first ride and you get 2,000 yen of credit when they ride.
