Uber Eats、初の離島を含む地方都市へ本格展開
鹿児島県奄美市、沖縄県石垣市・宮古島市でサービス開始、
地方都市への展開をさらに加速

Uber Eats Japan合同会社（以下、Uber Eats）は、2026年3月9日（月）より、鹿児島県奄美市および沖縄県宮古島市・石垣市を含む16道府県の46の市町村で新たにサービスの提供を開始いたします。本拡大により、Uber Eatsとして初めて離島での展開を開始します。また、11道府県 34市町村で既存エリア拡充を実施します。これまで都市部を中心に展開してきたUber Eatsは、今回の拡張により、離島を含む幅広い地域への展開をさらに加速させます。

Uber Eatsは、「Get Anything（なんでも手に入る）」プラットフォームの実現に向け、日本全国どこへでもデリバリーをお届けする「Anywhere」という目標のもと、47都道府県でのサービス提供を基盤に、さらなるエリア拡充を進めています。

今回のエリア拡大では、福知山市（京都府）や伊賀市（三重県）、中津川市（岐阜県）など、独自の生活圏を形成する地方都市へもサービスを拡充しました。人口規模や地理的条件に関わらず、地域の生活を支えるサービスとしてご利用いただける環境を整えてまいります。

特に離島エリアでは、移動や買い物の手段が限られるケースも少なくありません。Uber Eatsは、地域住民の皆さまにとって日常生活を支える選択肢の一つとなり、買い物が難しい方や高齢者世帯などの生活課題の一助となることを目指しています。

2026年も、より多くの地域の皆さまの生活のパートナーとなれるよう、展開エリア拡充に取り組んでまいります。

＜新規サービス提供エリア＞

  • 北海道：音更町、芽室町、幕別町（黒色部分。青色部分は既存提供エリア）
