How can we integrate Uber for Business with our existing corporate travel management system (TMS)?
Uber for Business integrates with leading expense and travel management providers including SAP Concur, Expensify, Chrome River, Zoho Expense, and Deem’s Etta app. Trip data is automatically synced to your system of choice, removing the need for manual expense submissions.
What support resources are available to help employees use Uber for Business effectively?
Admins can access the Uber for Business Help Centre for tips and answers to common questions. The Learning Hub offers how-to guides, webinars, and product education. Uber Business Exec travellers also have access to post-trip phone support.

Not all users will immediately see this feature update upon release, as availability may vary by location and device. Priority pick-up is not available at airport locations. Premium support is only available up to 48 hours after a completed trip.
²Our on-time pickup protection applies exclusively to Uber Business Exec reservations made through the Uber app or website. If the driver arrives more than five minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, £35 in Uber credit will be automatically applied to the rider's Uber Wallet (does not apply to airport pick-up reservations). If a match with a driver is not made within eight minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, £75 in Uber credit will be automatically applied to the rider's Uber Wallet. Compensation will be credited to the rider's Uber Wallet within 72 hours of the delayed or unmatched trip. Terms vary by region. Conditions subject to change at any time.
³The 15 minutes of complementary wait time is limited to Uber Business Exec trips that are scheduled in-app through Uber Reserve.
