Organizations that sign up for a new Uber for Business corporate account (“Corporate Account”) via Uber’s self-serve platform and add a payment method to the Corporate Account between 04/05/2026 and 30/06/2027 (the “Offer Eligibility Period”) may be eligible to participate in an incentive offer under which they may earn one or more Uber for Business credits by completing specified actions or milestones (an “Offer”), subject to the eligibility criteria below and the campaign-specific details displayed in that organization’s Dashboard or communicated by other means, when the organization is identified as eligible for an Offer (the “Incentive Details”).

The Incentive Details will specify, as applicable:

• a) the Eligible Country;
• b) the relevant Uber offer and credit-issuing entity;
• c) each qualifying action or milestone and its qualification period, including any maximum number of qualifying employees and any period measured from Corporate Account creation, where applicable;
• d) each reward amount or percentage and currency;
• e) any other incentive-specific limits;
• f) eligible programs and billing methods;
• g) permitted reward combinations and their order of application; and any other Offer-specific conditions.

The Incentive Details displayed in an organization’s Dashboard or other means apply only to that organization and form part of these Terms for the applicable Offer.

Unless the applicable Incentive Details expressly state that an Offer is available to existing accounts, the Offer applies to new accounts only, and the account must be created via Uber’s self-serve platform. Uber for Business credits can be used on eligible active Uber for Business programs.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Incentive Details, the Incentive Details will control solely in relation to the applicable Offer, except that these Terms will control with respect to fraud, abuse, credit restrictions, and applicable-law requirements.

Eligibility To qualify for this Offer, your organization must:

• Complete the self-serve sign-up process on Uber’s website to create a new Uber for Business Corporate Account and approve Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions . Add a payment method to the Corporate Account during the Offer Eligibility Period.
• Maintain a Corporate Account in good standing, as determined by Uber acting reasonably.
• Be identified by Uber as eligible for the Offer, and receive the applicable Incentive Details during the Offer Eligibility Period.
• Pay for the qualifying transaction using the designated centralized billing method specified on the Corporate Account.
• Complete the applicable action(s) or milestone(s) in accordance with the requirements communicated to your organization.
• Have a billing country identified as eligible in the Incentive Details (an “Eligible Country”).
• Comply with the applicable Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions accepted upon account creation. Undefined, capitalized terms used herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions.

Reward Application

• Uber will issue the applicable credit(s) in the amount communicated to your organization after your organization completes and Uber verifies the applicable action or milestone.
• The maximum cumulative amount of Uber for Business credits that can be earned through the completion of all actions and milestones is £120.
• The cumulative cap applies per organization (or “Corporate Account”). Reward amounts are calculated exclusive of applicable taxes and therefore apply only to the fare or order subtotal before taxes.
• Except where these Terms or the applicable Incentive Details expressly permit otherwise, each incentive may be earned once per eligible organization.
• Uber for Business credit will appear under the Billing tab in the Dashboard within ten (10) business days after qualifying activity has been processed and verified by Uber.
• The credit will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing at the time the credit is issued.
• Credits can be used across eligible Uber for Business programs as described under the Qualifying Activity section below.
• For incentives that provide a percentage-based credit on future trips or orders, the credit will apply only to the specified number of subsequent qualifying trips or orders and must be used within the applicable time period communicated to your organization.

Additional Terms

Incentive Mechanics

• Uber will determine whether any action, milestone, or transaction satisfies the applicable requirements acting reasonably and based on its internal records, absent manifest error.
• “Completed Trip or Order” means a trip or order completed through an Uber ride or Uber Eats order and charged to the Corporate Account that is not canceled, refunded, or otherwise reversed.
• “First Completed Trip or Order” means the first completed trip or order through an Uber ride or Uber Eats order charged to the Corporate Account.
• “Employee Activation” means an employee, whether newly invited or already linked to the Corporate Account, having successfully linked a business profile to the Corporate Account and completing the employee’s First Completed Trip or Order using that linked profile during the applicable qualification period. Each employee may generate an Employee Activation reward only once, up to the maximum number of employees per Organization specified in the applicable Incentive Details.
• “Second Product Activation” means activation of an additional Uber for Business program on the Corporate Account that was not previously active and completion of the first Completed Trip or Order through that additional program within the period after creation of the Corporate Account specified in the applicable Incentive Details, as determined by Uber. Only the first qualifying transaction in the additional program may generate the Second Product Activation reward for an organization.

Eligible organizations may earn one or more incentives subject to the cumulative cap set out above. The qualifying actions or milestones, applicable reward amounts or percentages, qualification periods, transaction requirements, and other incentive-specific conditions will be set forth in the Incentive Details displayed to the organization through the Dashboard.

Qualifying Activity

• Only completed, fully paid actions or transactions that meet all applicable criteria will qualify for an incentive.
• Transactions must be completed through Travel or Meals programs (as applicable) associated with the Corporate Account.
• Transactions must be paid via a payment method associated with the Corporate Account.
• Transactions must not be canceled, refunded, or subject to a partial payment or split payment.
• Spend on Central, Vouchers, Gift Cards, or tips is not eligible.
• Spend on canceled trips or refunded amounts is not eligible.
• Overages on spending allowances charged to an individual Authorized User’s payment method are not eligible.
• Uber will determine qualifying activity acting reasonably and based on its internal records, absent manifest error.

Credit Limitations: Uber for Business credits can be used on any Uber for Business program associated with the Corporate Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or any cash equivalent. More than one reward may be earned for the same qualifying action or milestone, and multiple rewards may be applied to the same qualifying transaction, including a fixed-value credit and a percentage-based discount, subject to the applicable Incentive Details. Where multiple rewards are applied to the same transaction, they will be applied in the order specified in the applicable Incentive Details. Uber and its affiliates do not sell Uber for Business credits.

Expiration: Unless an expiration or use period is specified in the applicable Incentive Details, Uber for Business credits earned through this Offer do not expire as long as the Corporate Account remains in good standing. However, Uber reserves the right to revoke any unused credits where Uber reasonably determines that fraud, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms or the Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions has occurred. If the Corporate Account is terminated, any remaining credits will be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions.

Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or any claims reducing qualifying activity will result in a corresponding adjustment to eligibility. If qualifying activity no longer satisfies the applicable incentive requirements as a result, the credit may be withheld or revoked.

Account and Dashboard Limitations: Organizations can only receive Uber for Business credits for eligible activity associated with one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard. Where Uber reasonably determines that an organization has created or used multiple Corporate Accounts or Dashboards to circumvent these Terms, Uber may combine those accounts for purposes of applying the eligibility requirements and incentive limits or cancel their participation in the Offer.

Geography and Availability: This Offer is valid only in the Eligible Countries specified in the applicable Incentive Details and may not be available to all organizations. This Offer is not available to government or quasi-government entities or entities owned, controlled by, or created by a government entity.

Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void Uber for Business credits while reasonably investigating suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or the Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions, and may void such credits where Uber reasonably determines that such conduct has occurred. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is terminated or canceled, subsequent activity on that account will not count toward eligibility, and any remaining credits will be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Uber for Business Dashboard Terms and Conditions. Uber is not responsible for unauthorized use of Uber for Business credits.

Modification or Termination of Offer: Uber may modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer where reasonably necessary, including to comply with applicable law, address fraud, abuse, error or security concerns, or respond to circumstances beyond Uber’s reasonable control. Uber will display material changes in the organization’s Dashboard and may also communicate them through another appropriate channel. Changes will apply prospectively and will not adversely affect credits already earned or an organization’s eligibility under Incentive Details already communicated to it, except where necessary to comply with applicable law or to address fraud, abuse or error. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable in an Eligible Country.
