Here are the answers to your most frequently asked questions about the new driver app
How do I turn auto-navigation on?
- Tap your profile photo (top right corner).
- Tap ‘Account’, then tap ‘App Settings’.
- Tap ‘Navigation’ and enable auto-navigation.
How do I find out how many cars are in the queue at the airport?
- Locate the airport using the map in your app and then Tap on the waiting area of the airport.
- Tap the marker to see an estimate of the queue size for each product.
How can I control what types of trip requests I receive?
- From ‘Trip planner’ Tap the toggle icon in the lower-right corner. This should take you to your ‘Driving Preferences’ screen.
- From there, you can choose to turn on or off the different types of trip requests.
