The new Uber Pro: reimagined to reward your effort
Coming soon to select cities, the new Uber Pro is designed to help you get more earnings opportunities, improve your day-to-day experience, and give you more flexibility to earn rewards on your terms. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond drivers can earn 5% more on trip fares for UberX and most other ride types, receive more Exclusive ride requests, and get priority matching at airports and on certain trips everywhere. Plus, enjoy lower Gold tier requirements in most cities and a clearer view of status and progress in the redesigned Uber Pro Hub. With helpful feedback from Uber Crew, the new Uber Pro has evolved to reward drivers more than ever.

Based on your feedback, the batched order experience now provides clearer visuals, efficient steps, and more transparency to help you stay organized and save time on every trip.

We’ve got you covered with support that’s available 24/7. Phone and chat support is available with expanded 24/7 phone access for Blue drivers and Green couriers, making it easier to find answers quickly. Whether you need a quick answer or help with a complex issue, support is now just a tap away, day or night.

Protect your phone's health when you record rides
Coming soon - Record My Ride is going a step further to help protect your device while still encouraging safe and comfortable interactions. If your phone overheats, runs low on battery, or hits performance limits, Record My Ride will automatically switch to audio instead of stopping, so recording can continue without interruption. Once your phone returns to a healthy state, video recording resumes.
Get more flexibility with women trip matching
You will soon have more ways to use Women Rider Preference. When it’s on, you can also view and accept ride requests outside of this preference through Trip Radar—giving you more control over the trips you take.
Deliver alcohol with verified rider identity
This feature was showcased at last fall's Only on Uber and we have since launched enhanced age verification efforts across the US for alcohol orders. This is intended to enhance compliance and support responsible deliveries, helping to build trust with couriers, customers, and communities.

You're earning more when riders keep you waiting
Since December 2025, wait time fee earnings have increased by 20% per trip with wait time. That means more pay when a rider is late. To make this even clearer, we’ve updated the pickup screen so you can see exactly how long you’ve waited and what you’ll earn in real time. You’ll now see wait time and no-show fees upfront, so you know what to expect if a pickup is delayed.
Added protections for your stats
We’ve improved our systems to better detect and exclude fraudulent or unfair satisfaction ratings from your overall stats—helping ensure your ratings more accurately reflect the service you provide your customers.
We’re also reducing the impact batched orders have on Cancellation Rate. If a batched order is canceled, it will now count as just one cancellation toward your overall rate.
