- This offer is available from February 16, 3016 through June 30, 2016.
- The new driver-partners must verify their military affiliation and If the driver-partners with military affiliation who sign up to drive with Uber in Boston satisfy the requirements for this incentive, the Uber service fees on their rider fares following activation will be refunded through June 30, 2016. These refunds will be added as miscellaneous payments on driver-partners’ weekly payment statement the week after qualifying trips are taken.
- Refunded service fees will be calculated based on rider fares only, which does not include additional rider fees incurred. The refunded service fee will not include any booking fees; such fees will still be deducted from your rider fares.
- The referrals must be activated and verify their military affiliation after February 16, 2016 and before June 30, 2016 to qualify.
- Referred driver-partners who complete only trips where the rider is the same individual as their inviter will not count towards this offer.
- Fraudulent referrals will not be counted towards the referral requirement for this offer. Rewards determined to be paid as a result of fraudulent referrals may be deducted from future pay statements.
- Your referral must take 50 trips during the offer period before the referral reward is paid out. Note that if your referral does not meet the 50 trip threshold before the offer period ends, but meets it at a later time, you will receive the current referral rate. Your referral must enter your Uber invite code listed above during signup at get.uber.com/drive. Terms of offer are subject to change at any time in Uber’s sole discretion.
- You agree that your referral code: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by us; (iii) may be disabled by us at any time for any reason without liability to us; (iv) may only be used pursuant to any additional terms we establish for such referral code; (v) is not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. We reserve the right to withhold or deduct payments or other features or benefits obtained through the use of the referral code by you, the invitee or any other party in the event that we determine or believe that the use or redemption of the referral code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of any additional referral code terms or these terms.
