Sweepstakes Name: [Uber + NorthPark Center Giveaway]

Sweepstakes Period: 10:00 am CT on December 5, 2016 until 10:00 am CT on December 7, 2016

Sweepstakes Areas: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Winners Announced: December 7, 2016 by 4:00 pm CT

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Methods of Entry: You may enter the Sweepstakes by following the “@uber_dfw” Instagram account and then tagging one (2) friends in the comment section of a designated post on the “@uber_dfw” account regarding the Sweepstakes. You may also enter the Sweepstakes by following the “@uber_dfw” Twitter account and retweeting the designated post. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Entrant per social channel.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: Four (4) prizes are available. The prizes consist of one (1) $100 Gold Gift Coins to NorthPark Center and one (1) $25 Uber Gift Card. For the sake of clarity, the individuals tagged by the Winners are not eligible for prizes by associated, and must enter the contest separately by following the methods of entry described above. Winner and guest must be present together at the Winspear Opera House prior to 7:00 pm on August 16, 2016 to redeem the Prize. The total approximate retail value of each Prize is $125.

How Winner is Selected: Four (4) Winners will be selected at random following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
