Uber Cup: Congratulations Allan!

From the Midwest our Uber Cup Winner is Chicagoan Allan Gaston! Allan has been an Uber partner since August 2013 and maintains an outstanding driver rating.
Allan had his eyes on the prize since we introduced the contest a few weeks ago and we’re excited to call him the winner of the Uber Cup in the Midwest. We’re sending Allan and his best friend Robert to Rio De Janiero for a 7 night stay and the opportunity to check out the big games!
He says his favorite professional athlete inspired his motivation, “from the beginning it was my goal to win this. He always says “Why not me?”…so I said, “Why not ME? I knew I could win this. Here we are, I won!”
When it comes to uberX, rider experience is his priority. His strategy behind the wheel is to always make sure his riders are comfortable. On every trip, Allan offers water, candy, great conversation and even the chance to DJ.
