Uber And GSDC Host Chicago Driver Recruitment Event

Last night, we teamed up with the Greater Southwest Development Corporation to host a driver recruitment event for local residents on Chicago’s Southwest side. The event was an opportunity for folks to meet with the Uber team and sign up to learn more about becoming an uberX partner.
The successful event was attended by residents of the Chicago Lawn, Englewood and Gage Park neighborhoods who were interested in improving their own economic development through an uberX partnership.
By working with organizations such as the GSDC, we hope to further spread the word about the benefits and opportunity that uberX can bring to all Chicago residents.
We were so excited to draw such a great crowd and look forward to potentially partnering with the attendees!
