Firefly Terms and Conditions
Sweepstakes Name: Uber + Firefly Music Festival VIP Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes Period: 8:00 am ET on June 1, 2016 until 5:00 pm ET on June 1, 2016
Sweepstakes Areas: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Winners Announced: June 1, 2016 by 6:00 pm ET
Eligibility: Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.
Method of Entry: Individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by entering the “FIREFLYVIP” promo code in the Uber App in the Sweepstakes Area during the Sweepstakes Period. Completion of the aforementioned actions will generate one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Individuals may also enter by sending an email with the Sweepstakes Name in the subject line to sbiggart@uber.com. All email entries must also include the individual’s name, address, and telephone number in the body of the email. There is a maximum of twenty-five (25) entries per entrant regardless of method of entry.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: There are six (23) Prizes available as specified below:
Four (4) pairs of Firefly 4-day VIP passes. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each pair of passes is $1,398.00.
Ten (10) pairs of Firefly 4-day GA passes. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each pair of passes is $638.00.
Ten (10) pairs of Firefly 1-day GA passes. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each pair of passes is $258.00.
How Winners are Selected: Twenty-three (23) winners will be randomly selected following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes will be awarded at random to winners selected.
