Age Requirements: 18 years or older in North Carolina
Method of Entry: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes as described below:

• Entrant, upon sharing their personal G1G1 Code with 1 individual who (i) does not have existing user accounts with Uber and (ii) subsequently uses such Entrant’s G1G1 Code and creates a new user account with Uber, will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Entrant may receive additional entries by referring and signing up more than one (1) individual who (i) does not have existing user accounts with Uber and (ii) subsequently uses such Entrant’s G1G1 Code and creates a new user account with Uber. For the avoidance of doubt, if (i) Entrant shares their G1G1 Code with four (4) individuals who do not have existing user accounts with Uber and (ii) all four (4) individuals subsequently use such Entrant’s G1G1 Code and creates a new user account with Uber, then such Entrant shall receive four (4) entries in the Sweepstakes. However, if (i) Entrant shares their G1G1 Code with four (4) individuals who do not have existing user accounts with Uber and (ii) only three (3) of those individuals subsequently use such Entrant’s G1G1 Code and creates a new user account with Uber, the such Entrant shall receive three (3) entries in the Sweepstakes.
• Alternatively, Entrants may enter by mail without obligation, by hand writing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes on a 4”x6” card and mail to: Uber Technologies, Inc., 1717 Rhode Island Ave., NW 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20036, Attn: Uber – Charlotte Knights North Carolina Sweepstakes. Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the final day of the Sweepstakes Period and received on or before the last day of the Sweepstakes Period.

There is a maximum of five (5) entries per Entrant. All entries must be received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes : Six (6) identical Prizes are available. Each Prize consists of four (4) tickets to be picked up at Will Call for the Charlotte Knights game occurring on Friday, September 2, 2016, at 7:05 p.m. ET. Winners’ names will be provided to the Charlotte Knights for ticket pickup at Will Call at the Charlotte Knights Stadium.
How Winner is Selected: Six (6) winners from the Sweepstakes Area will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
