- How do I become a Shop & Deliver shopper?
To become a Shop & Deliver shopper, you first need to activate your Plus Card using the steps mentioned above. Once it’s activated, you’ll start receiving Shop & Deliver orders in your Driver app.
- How does Shop & Deliver work?
Once you accept a Shop & Deliver order through the Driver app, the order details will show you a specified store to select and pack the items requested by your customer. Then, you’ll pay with your pre-authorized Plus Card and deliver the items to your customer. You can also use your own card at checkout and get reimbursed.
- How are shoppers paid?
Your earnings will show up in your Earnings Statement, similar to other jobs on the Driver app (such as driving and delivering). You can access your Earnings Statement by going to the Earnings section of your in-app menu.
- Can I choose to receive Shop & Deliver order requests exclusively?
No, not at this time. You will receive Shop & Deliver orders the same way you receive other delivery orders. To differentiate, the order will be labeled as “Shop & Deliver” on your screen.
- What type of stores will I go to with Shop & Deliver orders?
Shop & Deliver orders can include grocery stores (such as Safeway and Albertsons) as well as convenience stores (such as CVS and Walmart).
- What do I do if I lose my Plus Card?
If you lose your Plus Card, you can request a new one here.
- Where can I learn more about the Shop & Deliver experience?
