Starting Wednesday, October 17, International Terminal pickups and dropoffs at SFO are moving. You can meet or drop off your riders at the center island between Zones 14 and 17.

Getting to the pickup and dropoff location

All International Terminal pickups and dropoffs are located at the designated TNC area on the center island between Zones 14 and 17. To get there:

• Follow signs for “Departing Flights” when approaching the International Terminal on the Departures Level
• Keep left as you pass the International Hourly Parking Garage
• Follow signs for “BUSES / LYFT/ UBER” toward the center island

  Beginning October 17, all SFO International Terminal riders will be picked up and dropped off at the center island between Zones 14 and 17.

  No change here—you can continue to use the waiting area at the corner of E Millbrae Ave and S McDonnell Rd.

• What happens If the rider cancels or is not ready for a pickup?

  In the event that a rider cancels or you have to cancel because a rider is not ready, you can return to the waiting area at the corner of E Millbrae Ave and S McDonnell Rd to wait for a new request. Per airport regulations, you will not receive a new request at the center island after a cancellation.

• Can I head straight to the center island to wait for a pickup request?

  No, you will only receive pickup requests when you are in the designated waiting area. Only head to the center island once you receive a pickup request.

• Are there any changes to existing app features at the airport?

  No change here— Re-Match, short trip notifications, and long trip notifications will continue working the way they do now.
