Washington Trip Receipt Data

Starting July 1, 2026, pursuant to RCW 49.46.300, you may request a downloadable report containing your Washington state mobility trip receipt data from the past two years. To access this report, navigate to drivers.uber.com on a web browser, and log into your Uber Driver account. Select “Earnings” > “Washington Trip Receipt Data” > “Download last 24 month trips”. 

You can then leave the web page, and you’ll get an email within 3 business days with a link to access a downloadable CSV report. Please note that this download link will expire in 7 days.

Deactivation Notice and Drivers Union Contact Information

Under Washington state law, you may have the right to appeal your deactivation from the Uber platform.

To learn about your right to challenge your deactivation, contact Drivers Union at support@driversunionwa.org, 206-812-0829, or 14675 Interurban Ave. South Suite 201, Tukwila, WA 98168 or review its materials at https://www.driversunionwa.org/deactivation. Drivers Union may provide representation services at no cost to you.

Additionally, you have the right to use earned, accrued Paid Sick Time during your deactivation.

Unemployment Insurance
