使用此页面了解通过 Uber Eats 优食赚钱的机会。确定适合接单的时间和地点,安心自如地开始提供派送服务。

You’ll know your minimum earnings for each trip upfront, every time

Before you accept a trip, you’ll be provided with upfront trip information. This includes the minimum earnings you’ll receive, your pickup and drop-off locations, the name and location of the merchant, and the total estimated time and distance from when you accept a delivery request to when you drop off the order.

Once you complete a trip, the trip details screen will give you a comprehensive breakdown of all your trip components. Any tips or tolls will be added or reimbursed after your trip and shown on the trip details screen.

车费

The delivery fee consists of the base amount and the trip supplement.

  • Base amount

The base amount is calculated on estimated delivery time, distance, and whether the trip has multiple pickup and/or drop- off points.

  • Trip Supplement

In certain circumstances, a trip supplement may apply to a trip in addition to the base amount, when there are:

-Higher than usual estimated traffic conditions

-Higher than usual estimated wait times at the pickup location

-Areas with limited availability of delivery partners and higher than usual demand for delivery

Promotion

  • About Promotions

Promotions can help you identify busy areas when there’s a high demand for trips. High demand usually means there are more opportunities for trip requests. And if available, you can take advantage of multiple promotions at once. Check the map and Promotions section in the app for the latest offers.

  • Boost

Boost zones are announced weekly in the promotions section of Trip Planner in the app, when available. You can also check the map in the app for available Boost zones.

Any Boost amounts that apply to a trip are included in the upfront minimum earnings amount displayed when you receive a trip request.

Boost amounts range up to 2.5x of the base amount.

  • Surge*

Look for surge zones on the map. Surge zones update in real time based on demand. If you pick up an order from a surge zone or accept a trip request when you’re in a surge zone, you’ll receive the higher of the two surge amounts.

Any surge amounts that apply to a trip are included in the upfront minimum earnings amount displayed when you receive a trip request.

Surge amounts can range up to $10.

*If available in your city

常见问题

  • While delivery partners have always been free to cancel a trip request after accepting it, until now not all information about the trip was provided upfront. We know accepting a trip can be about more than money, so you’ll now also see the location and name of the merchant store, the total estimated time and distance from accepting the trip to drop-off, and your pickup and drop-off locations. This means you will have more information upfront before deciding whether to accept or reject a trip.

  • Yes, the way you charge delivery fare is changing to better reflect each trip’s total time and distance. The time and distance shown on the trip request screen is the estimated total trip time and distance for the whole trip, including the estimated time and distance to travel to the merchant and the estimated wait times at the merchant.

  • No, tips are not included in the upfront earnings amount that you see on the trip request screen. Any tips you earn are an addition to your other trip earnings and will be reflected in the trip receipt. As a reminder, you can check the Trip Details screen one hour after drop-off to see your total trip earnings for each trip. The merchant’s customers have that time to edit their tip based on your service.

  • Once you complete a trip, you can check the Trip Details screen to see your total earnings for the trip. You’ll see the upfront amount you were shown on the trip request screen, so you can easily match up the numbers.

  • The upfront amount shown on the trip request screen is your upfront earnings. In some cases including for example, where a trip takes longer than estimated, you may receive more than the upfront amount. As always, any tips you earn are in addition to your other trip earnings.

  • Even if the time and distance estimates have a margin of error, you can always count on the upfront amount.

  • This is the amount you see on the trip request screen. It is the estimated amount you’ll earn for a delivery. This amount includes your base amount, boost amount (if applicable), surge (if applicable) any trip supplement (if applicable). Tips are not included in the upfront amount and are additive.

  • As this new fare structure is rolled out, you can expect to see changes in what you earn on each trip. One of the key reasons for this is because your earnings will now reflect the estimated time you spent making the delivery, not only the estimated distance traveled. This means there will be differences with some trips where you get paid more, while you get paid less on others. As always, when there’s a high demand for delivery you may have access to Boost, Surge (if applicable) and Quest promotions.

  • You’ll now see the amount you’ll earn for a delivery before you accept or reject it. This amount includes your base amount, any promotions that apply and a trip supplement (if applicable). After the trip you can check the Trip Details screen to see your base amount and total earnings for the trip.

  • In certain circumstances, a trip supplement may apply to a trip in addition to the base amount, when there are:

-Higher than usual estimated traffic conditions

-Higher than usual estimated wait times at the pickup location

-Areas with limited availability of delivery partners and higher than usual demand for delivery

You can check the Trip Details screen to see any “Trip Supplement” amount as well as your total trip earnings for each trip.

  • When you receive a trip request you can choose to accept or ignore the trip request, or select ‘decline’ to reject the request. If you choose to reject the request, you will be able to receive other trip requests, as usual, and your ratings will not be affected in any way.
