お客様が荷物の配送を依頼することにより、当社のユーザー向け利用規約および プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。特定商品取引法に基づく表記についてはこちらをご参照ください。

Uber および配達パートナーは、その故意又は重過失による場合を除き、荷物や荷物の中身に対して何ら責任を負わず、荷物の紛失や破損を含め、荷物や荷物の中身、配送に関するいかなる義務や責任も負いません。Uber は、荷物の紛失、盗難、または第三者による損害に対する損害保険を提供していません。

荷物が以下の条件のいずれか 1 つでも満たしていない場合はサービスを利用できず、また、注文されても配達パートナーは注文をキャンセルします。

• 禁止品・違法品を含まないこと

• 車両タイプごとの荷物サイズと重量の制限
  • 二輪車（自転車・バイク）の場合: 荷物の重量は 8kg 以下で、配達バッグ（45cm x 45cm x 30cm 以下）に収まるサイズである必要があります
  • 四輪車（軽車両など）の場合: 荷物の重量は 20 kg 以下で、79,906立方センチメートル以下の容量である必要があります。
• 安全に持ち運べて、車両に無理なく積めること
• 包装され、密封され、配達に適した状態であること

受取人に対して荷物を引き渡すことができなかった場合、配送パートナーは、当該荷物を貴殿に返却することができ、これには荷物を集荷した場所又はその付近への置き配が含まれます。

【本プロモーションに関する利用条件】

本キャンペーンは、この本文を Uber Japan 株式会社（以下「当社」） から直接受信したお客様ご本人を対象としています。

本キャンペーンと並行又は連続して類似するキャンペーンが実施される可能性があります。他のプロモーションとの適用関係を含む利用条件や他のプロモーションの状況については、お客様ご自身で随時ご確認ください。

当社はその任意の裁量で、事前の予告なくいつでも、本キャンペーンの内容や対象者を変更、延長または終了する権利を有しております。

本プロモーションコード（JPHANAMI26V2、以下本プロモーションコードと表記）は、配達時間が 2026 年 4 月 15 日 23 時 55 分までとなる配達に有効です。

本プロモーションコードは、ご利用のアカウントに自動的に適用されますが、適用までに時間がかかる場合があります。配達をリクエストする前に、Uber アプリ内の[アカウント] – [お支払い方法] で表示される画面の [プロモーション] セクションをご確認ください。本プロモーションコードの情報がアカウントにまだ反映されていない場合は、ご自身でプロモーションコード 【JPHANAMI26V2】を追加してください。

配達依頼前に本プロモーションコードが入力されていない場合、プロモーションの適用を受けることができません。

本プロモーションコードは、現金によるお支払いには適用されません。

複数のプロモーションコードがアプリ内に入力されている場合、最も大きい割引額が自動的に適用されます。配達料金が割引の上限額未満であっても、残額の繰越や払い戻し等は行いません。

配達料金の超過額は、お客様が支払うものとします。

本プロモーションコードを譲渡することはできません。

Terms & Conditions (English)

This campaign is open only to those customers who have received this email directly from Uber Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “Uber”).

You will be deemed to agree to our user T&Cs and our privacy notice by requesting delivery of your package. Please see this page for the information provided under Specified Commercial Transaction Act. 

Not available in all locations. Check the Uber app for availability.

Neither Uber nor third-party drivers or delivery people are responsible for the package(s), nor for the content of the package(s), so they disclaim any obligation or responsibility related to the package(s), its content and/or delivery, including any loss or damage that the package(s) may suffer unless you have suffered damage as a result of our intentional acts or gross negligence. Uber does not maintain insurance coverage for package loss, theft, or damage caused by a third party.

If the package does not meet any one of the following conditions, the service cannot be used, and even if an order is placed, the delivery partner will cancel the order:

• Does not contain prohibited or illegal items.
• For 2 wheeled bikes: packages should weigh 8 kg or less and able to fit into a delivery bag (45cm x 45cm x 30cm or less).
• For 4 wheeled vehicles: packages should weigh 20 kg or less and have a volume of 79,706 cubic centimeters or less.
• Can be safely carried and easily loaded onto the vehicle.
• Is properly packaged, sealed, and in a condition suitable for delivery.

If the delivery partner is unable to hand over the item to the recipient, they may return the item to you. This may include leaving the item at or near the original pickup location.

This promotion is only eligible to be used on an Uber account associated with this email address.

This promotion is valid from 25 March 2026 00:00 to 15 April 2026 23:59 (“Promotion Period”) and cannot be shared. 

The promotion offers a maximum ¥2,500 off per trip on 1 trip.

The promotion does not apply to tips, surcharges and fees and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. 

The promotion is subject to availability of drivers in your area.

If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem any promo code.
*Other relevant terms and conditions, including the General Terms of Use , may also apply to the Uber App user when he/she uses or redeems this Offer. 

Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App. 

Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and vary or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. 

In case of any disputes regarding this Offer, Uber reserves the right of final decision.

If the promo code is not applied before requesting the delivery, the promotion will not be honored.

The promo code will be automatically applied to your Uber account, but it may take time to reflect. Before requesting a delivery, please check the [Account] > [Wallet] > [Promotions] section in the Uber app. If the code is not visible, please manually enter the promo code JPHANAMI26V2.

This campaign is valid only for deliveries where both the pickup and drop-off locations are within the service areas of Hokkaido, Aomori, Miyagi, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Ishikawa, Nagano, Gifu, Aichi, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Hiroshima, Kochi, Fukuoka, and Okinawa.

The promo code is non-transferable and cannot be shared.
