Easily tailor Uber One to your business
Step 1: Company setup
Work with our team of experts to customise an Uber One programme for your company. Admins will then set up their dashboard to automate employee invitations and manage the programme moving forward.
Step 2: Employee sign-up
Each employee will receive an email invitation to join the programme. To confirm, employees will follow the link in the email to download or sign in to their Uber or Uber Eats app on mobile or web.
Step 3: Ready. Set. Go.
Once accepted, employees will be able to access Uber One benefits on eligible meals and more placed on their business and personal orders.

- How do employees redeem their Uber One memberships?
Any employees added to the programme will receive an email to claim their Uber One membership. Once an employee creates an Uber account, they can redeem and use their membership on web or mobile through the Uber Eats app.
- Are Uber One benefits available globally?
Uber One is currently available in the United States and the United Kingdom, with plans to expand globally. As of now, Uber One benefits are limited to the US and the UK and will not apply to any Uber app requests made whilst outside of these countries.
- Does the Uber One membership apply to all orders?
Uber One benefits are available for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon in the app. Globally, the 5% discount does not apply to grocery orders. In the UK, free delivery and Uber One Promise are not available on grocery orders containing tobacco.
- What is the cost of Uber One?
We offer special discounted Uber One membership packages for Uber for Business customers. Contact our team of experts to customise an Uber One programme for your company.
- How does my company get billed for Uber One memberships?
The company will only be billed for the memberships that are claimed by employees and will get billed monthly per its dashboard setup. There is no upfront payment for Uber One memberships.
¹Your complimentary Uber One membership with Uber for Business will expire 1 year from the date of redeeming your offer. At the end of your free trial, you authorise Uber to charge £4.99/month on any payment method on your account, and monthly thereafter, based on the terms, until you cancel.
You may cancel your Uber One membership by tapping Account in your app and scrolling to the Uber One section at any time before your next scheduled billing to avoid further charges. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next renewal day, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded. You can also contact Support to cancel. Use of Uber One is governed by the terms.
Benefits only available for eligible shops marked with the Uber One icon. £15 minimum order applies to qualify for £0 Delivery Fee (this does not apply to other order fees) and reduction of up to 60% in Service Fee. £25 minimum order applies to participating grocery shops to qualify for £0 Delivery Fee (this does not apply to other order fees), where grocery is available. Certain benefits don't apply to orders with tobacco items. Taxes and fees, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums. The Service Fee discount is visible at checkout and varies based on the basket value and the vendor. The Service Fee discount does not apply to high-value orders where the Service Fee cap has been reached.
You will earn 5% of eligible Uber Rides trips and 10% of Uber Exec and Lux trips in Uber One credit. Uber One credit is rounded up to the nearest decimal. Uber One credit will be applied to your account within 60 days upon the completion of your trip. Uber One credit will expire in 60 days from the date of issue, or upon the end of your Uber One membership. Uber One credit will be issued in GBP and cannot be used in countries with different currencies. Uber One credit cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or converted to cash. Uber One credit will be automatically applied to eligible trips as a discount, and eligible orders as a promotion. This offer is non-transferable and subject to change or withdrawal without notice at any time. Other fees and exclusions may apply.
