Reduced 15% service fee in Merseyside

Demand is high in Merseyside, especially during the evenings at weekends. This new promotion means drivers with a high completion rate can unlock a reduced 15% service fee.

How to unlock this incentive

• Starting today, confirm and complete 70% of the trips offered to you in Merseyside at any time over 7 days.
• We’ll exclude any cancellations made by the rider
• You’ll need to confirm and complete a minimum of 15 trips in total during the week.

When and where will this apply

If you meet the above requirements, you’ll be eligible for a reduced 15% service fee during peak hours the following week.

Peak hours are:

• Monday to Friday, 7am – 9am
• Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10pm – 6am
• Available across all of Merseyside, including Liverpool, Wirral and Chester

The incentive will be available on UberX, XL, Access and Assist. Not available on Exec.
