‘I joined Uber as a driver after spending two years in a real-estate office in London. The idea of having full control over the work-life balance was simply too appealing. In time, however, Uber’s growth and approach to business often had a negative and significant impact on our experience as drivers, and I welcome the desire for change under the new management. Although UberEngage is yet to deliver meaningful change, I strongly believe this is the correct path towards demonstrating a new culture and I would like to salute the new management for committing to this effort.’

I love the roundtable sessions where I'm allowed to freely suggest and contribute my ideas to how Uber can reward partners even further (apart from making money from using the App). I'm a very chatty and jovial person, so I love my office hours sessions where I get the privilege to meet other wonderful partners and discuss issues that affect us, our families, riders, our communities and the country as a whole.
