Christmas Weekend offer: 0% service fee in Zone 1

Next weekend, Thursday 20 December to Sunday 23 December, is one of the busiest weekends of 2018 and we’re expecting high demand in Central London. For a limited time only you could unlock a 0% service fee if you drive in peak hours in Zone 1.

How to unlock this limited time offer

• Confirm and complete a minimum of 70% of the trips that are offered to you
• Complete a minimum of 15 trips between Monday 10 December and Monday 17 December

When will the promotion begin?

On Monday 17 December, we will message you to let you know if you’ve unlocked the incentive. If you are eligible, a 0% service fee will then be available to you on Thursday 20 December to Saturday 22 December during peak nighttime hours (see below) in Zone 1.

If you unlock a 0% service fee on Monday 17 December, you can access this during:

• Thursday 20 December, 10pm – 2am
• Friday 21 and Saturday 22 December 10pm – 4am

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this mean that the 15% service fee offer is now over?
After Monday 17 December we will no longer be offering a 15% reduced service fee during peak hours (Monday – Friday, 7-9am, Thurs-Sat 10pm-6am) to eligible drivers. On Monday, eligible drivers will now be able to unlock a new 0% service fee for the weekend of Thursday 20 December to Saturday 22 December.

Which products is this available on?
The incentive will be available on UberX, XL, Access, Assist, Pool only. Not available on trips taken on Exec and LUX.

I’m an Exec Uber driver, am I eligible for this incentive?
As long as you qualify with a minimum of 15 UberX trips and confirm and complete 70% of the UberX trips offered to you, you could access the 0% service offer. Remember, the offer would only apply on UberX trips taken during peak hours during Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 December
