Here are the answers to your most frequently asked questions about the new driver app

How do I turn auto-navigation on?

  1. Tap your profile photo (top right corner).
  2. Tap ‘Account’, then tap ‘App Settings’.
  3. Tap ‘Navigation’ and enable auto-navigation.

How do I find out how many cars are in the queue at the airport?

  1.  Locate the airport using the map in your app and then Tap on the waiting area of the airport.
  2. Tap the marker to see an estimate of the queue size for each product.

How can I control what types of trip requests I receive?

  1. From ‘Trip planner’ Tap the toggle icon in the lower-right corner. This should take you to your ‘Driving Preferences’ screen.
  2. From there, you can choose to turn on or off the different types of trip requests.
