  • Eats Pass: Uber memberships can help save money on rides, meals, and groceries. They’re also an excellent employee perk. Now your organization can purchase and distribute memberships for employees at a discount through your business dashboard. Stay tuned for more exciting updates to come in 2022 for corporate memberships.
  • Group ordering: Easily and efficiently order team or client meals for delivery to one address. Share a link to a shared cart, and create an order deadline for auto-checkout. You can even set a spending limit, if you’d like.
  • Bill splitting: Simplify the payment process on group orders. You now have the option to pay for an order on one card or split the bill directly within the app or on desktop.
  • Scheduled orders: Plan ahead and save time. Schedule an order so your food is ready within a designated time window.
  • Pickup orders: Save money with no fees. Schedule orders ahead, track the order’s progress, and pick up your food as soon as it’s ready.

  • Hourly bookings: No more waiting for another ride between stops. Request a dedicated driver by the hour for added flexibility with as many destinations as needed.
  • Airport pickups with Uber Reserve: Have a ride ready when you land. Our new technology matches riders with nearby drivers to help ensure that pickups are on time.
  • Group transportation: Book rides—including shuttles, buses, limos, or multiple vehicles—for your employees. (Currently available in limited markets.)

  • Multiple payment methods: For easier reporting and expensing, one-off and recurring Vouchers campaigns can now be charged to different corporate cards. This supports multiple customers and cost centers.
  • Tipping: Vouchers can now be applied to cover tips for meal delivery and rides, for an even better experience for recipients. (Currently available in limited markets.)
  • Bulk reminders: Maximize your campaign. Easily send bulk reminders to voucher recipients to ensure maximum visibility before expiration.
  • Integration with Cvent: Give a benefit that event attendees love. For virtual and hybrid events alike, offer incentives to attend or participate.

  • Item delivery: Transport items locally through curb-to-curb delivery services quickly and cost-effectively.
  • Multiple stops: Incorporate multiple stops throughout a trip, providing added flexibility and servicing several guests in one trip.
  • Access points on maps: Central trips now use contextual pickup points based on input addresses. This improves pickup rendezvous and helps decrease driver cancellations.
  • 2-way intercom: Drivers and coordinators can now chat (by voice or message) to communicate about trip details such as riders and pickup point specifics.
  • Trip monitoring enhancements: Easily monitor ongoing trips and intervene when issues arise.
  • Dashboard search: For high-volume organizations with hundreds of trips, search makes it easy to find trips by rider name or phone number.

  • Dashboard redesign: An updated, intuitive dashboard helps Uber for Business administrators access and fully use all of the platform’s products and solutions, all in one place.
  • Consolidated statements: Newly revamped monthly statements provide breakdowns by product, service, and tax detail for simplified management.
