With JetBlue Vacations, good things come in packages. The trip-planning business bundles flights and hotels, flights and cruises, and even hotels and points to help its customers enjoy extra savings and perks. And now JetBlue Vacations is working with Uber for Business to offer its travelers another kind of package: the gift of a more convenient and elevated travel experience.
JetBlue Vacations is offering vouchers for a ride up to $20 to or from select airports. This program is live at 3 airports to start—Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Las Vegas Airport, and Orlando International Airport—with hopes to expand to additional US destinations in the coming months. Whether you’re a member of TrueBlue (JetBlue’s loyalty program) or a JetBlue first-timer, you can benefit from the vouchers.
Here’s how it works:
- By clicking ‘add extras’ before checkout, customers can take advantage of the $20 voucher when they book their vacation by January 31, 2023 for travel anytime.
- JetBlue Vacations customers will receive their voucher via email after booking their vacation package—approximately 24 hours before their flight.
- They can then add the voucher to their personal Uber account by clicking on the provided link.
- The voucher can be used for pickup or dropoff at select airports once per vacation booked. Vouchers expire two weeks from the date they are sent.
- JetBlue Vacations & Uber Voucher terms and conditions apply.
Whether jet-setters want to use the voucher to get to their hotel easily after a long journey or to head to their favorite restaurant after touching down, the choice is theirs. The voucher is limited to a radius near or around the airport. Detailed Uber voucher terms and conditions shall be provided upon distribution.
“We are excited to give our customers even more opportunities to save on their next vacation with Uber,” says Andres Barry, President, JetBlue Travel Products. ”Whether you’re soaking up the sun or heading to a theme park for your next vacation, your travel experience should be seamless. Our work with Uber for Business reflects our goal to add even more value to the customer experience, and over the next couple of months, the hope is to expand the program to many more domestic destinations. We’re excited to work with Uber for Business to ensure our customers have an easy door-to-door experience.”
In an increasingly competitive hospitality industry, it’s critical that airlines think through valuable ways to improve customer satisfaction, retain travelers, and help drive demand with creative incentives. Plus, making sure the travel experience—in the air and on the ground—is elevated, memorable, and delightful for travelers is always a win. With vouchers from Uber for Business, companies across industries can help meet their business goals while showing customers, guests, and employees that they care.
At Uber for Business, we’re committed to providing easy solutions for our customers to go where they want and get what they need. Airport travel is no exception. To further elevate the experience of getting to and from the airport, riders can use Uber Reserve at select airports to pre-book trips as far as 30 days in advance and receive a locked-in price upfront. Additionally, passengers have the opportunity to provide their flight information when scheduling a ride, so that Uber can automatically adjust the reservation depending on real-time flight information.
