Over the past few months, we piloted changes to the Uber Eats Pro program that rewards top couriers with higher earning opportunities. By accepting more requests, canceling less and providing great service, couriers on Gold or higher statuses typically earned more than Green couriers.²

Great service earns you more with Preferred Deliveries

With the new Uber Eats Pro program Gold, Platinum, and Diamond couriers get priority access to higher-paying deliveries through a new reward called Preferred Deliveries. Plus, Platinum and Diamond couriers get higher priority over Gold couriers.

Be sure to check for the Preferred Deliveries icon in delivery requests.

Introducing live Premium Support for Diamond couriers. No matter where you are during the trip — at the merchant or at your drop-off location — Premium support agents are available to help you solve issues real-time.

Additionally, there are lots of other great Uber Eats Pro rewards you can continue to enjoy—like cash back on gas with the Uber Pro Card, a Costco Gold Star membership at no cost for the first year, and 100% tuition coverage at Arizona State University. Enjoy more flexibility with updated criteria

We’re introducing acceptance rate and on-time rate (in select markets) as a new Uber Eats Pro criteria, and are making updates to cancellation rate, satisfaction rate, and points thresholds, giving you the flexibility to progress at your own pace–even if you’re not delivering every day.

Your Uber Eats Pro status is dependent on your acceptance rate, cancellation rate, satisfaction rating and the points you accrue monthly. Your status kicks in as soon as you meet the criteria required for each status. Your acceptance rate is based on how many exclusive delivery requests you have accepted out of the most recent exclusive delivery requests sent directly to you.
