Gas Savings for Delivery Drivers

We know the price of gas is top of mind for many delivery drivers across the country right now. To help mitigate the exceptional and rapid price increases that drivers have been seeing at the pump, we are significantly expanding the fuel discounts and offers available to Uber couriers through June 30, 2026.
Expanded rebates and discounts on gas through Uber Eats Pro¹
Every driver and courier can now get an additional 5% cash back—on top of existing rates—at any gas station in the country with an Uber Pro Card, no matter their Uber Pro or Uber Eats Pro tier.**
- Blue/Green now earns 7% cash back
- Gold earns 8%
- Platinum earns 9%
- Diamond earns 11%
Plus an additional 3% cash back at Exxon™ or Mobil™ gas pumps and another 1% cash back at Mastercard Easy Savings stations, meaning top drivers and couriers can now get up to an industry-leading 15% cash back at the pump—up from the previous 10% max rate.
Significantly expanded discounts on gas via Upside and Shell Fuel Rewards³:
- Shell® Fuel Rewards® program: Drivers and couriers can continue to get up to 21¢ off per gallon of gas with Shell (up from max 7¢ per gallon)
- Upside: Drivers and couriers can continue to get up to $1.00 off per gallon off of gas with Upside (up from max 25¢ per gallon). Learn how to redeem Upside rewards.
Offers from Upside and Shell Fuel Rewards can each be individually combined with the Uber Pro Card, netting even more savings.
These savings via the Uber Pro Card, Upside, and Shell Fuel Rewards began on Friday, March 27 and remain in place in the U.S. through June 30, 2026.
We are also investing in promos and incentives across the board for drivers and couriers to help offset higher gas prices, as well as continuing to find ways to support drivers who want to transition to electric vehicles. Uber drivers already make up the largest electric vehicle fleet out of any ridehail platform in the world, with 286,000 monthly active ZEV drivers.

The additional 5% is available until June 30, 2026. Uber Pro Card Gas cash back will be reverted to 2% for Blue/Green, 3% for Gold, 4% for Platinum, and 6% for Diamond after the promotional period.
¹Up to 15% is available for drivers and couriers with Diamond status who pay with the Uber Pro Card at the pump at ExxonMobilᵀᴹ stations associated with the Mastercard Easy Savings program. Base cash back benefit is between 7% and 11% for gas purchases and between 12% and 4% for EV charging, depending on your Uber Pro status. Always select 'Credit' at the pump. Entering your PIN will disqualify you from Uber Pro Card rewards. Total cash back you can earn with the Uber Pro Card on refueling (gas or EV charging) is $105 per month, excluding any Mastercard Easy Savings cash back.
