CALIFORNIA UBER PRO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Uber Pro (the “Program”) is brought to you by Uber Technologies, Inc., or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively “Uber” or “we”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions and your Platform Access Agreement and our Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein (collectively, the “Program Terms”). By participating in this Program you are agreeing to these Program Terms. ➡
Uber is a technology company that provides mobile applications for users to arrange and schedule transportation and/or delivery services. Uber is not a provider of transportation services, as such, all “Rewards” (defined below) offered under the Program are offered on an "as available" basis, contingent upon requests from riders for transportation services and other contingencies that may impact availability of some rewards at certain times and places.
You understand that all federal, state and local taxes on the Rewards that you accept are your sole responsibility as the reward recipient. You also understand that Uber may issue an IRS Form 1099 indicating the approximate retail value of certain Rewards to relevant taxing authorities for tax reporting purposes.
ELIGIBILITY
All participants in the Program are “Program Members.” To participate in the Program, you must (1) reside in the United States, (2) meet all eligibility requirements to be a driver (a “Driver”) as set by applicable law and Uber; (3) have a Driver account in active standing; and (4) have set your home city within the Uber app to any active service area in the United States (each, a “Participating Location”). All Drivers in Participating Locations will be automatically enrolled in the Program. Once you are enrolled, there is no additional action required to participate in the Program.
Your rewards program account (“Program Account”) will automatically be linked to your Driver
account. You may not share your Program Account or have multiple membership accounts.
HOW YOUR TIER IS DETERMINED
You can earn points (“Points”) to access the different “Tiers” (defined below) and the rewards offered in each Tier. You will earn 1 Point for every trip you complete, including but not limited to the following trip types: UberX, UberPOOL, Express Pool, UberXL, Uber Comfort, UberSelect, UberWAV, Uber Connect, UberBlack, and UberSUV. Each trip, together with any Uber Eats trip, will count as an “Uber Trip” for the purposes of this Program.
You may earn additional Point(s) when you complete a trip (or delivery) that either begins or ends
- during the times (displayed in the local time zone) listed in the Uber Pro section of the Uber app under “How to Earn Points”; or
- in certain areas as displayed in the Uber Pro section of the Uber app under “How to Earn Points”.
Uber reserves the right to offer additional Points in certain Participating Locations for certain periods of time, in its sole discretion. Any such point increase, if made available in a Participating Location, will either (i) be made available to all eligible Program Members in that Participating Location or (ii) be made available to a randomized cohort of all eligible Program Members in that Participating Location. Uber, in its sole discretion, may increase or expand upon existing additional Point multiplier offerings in certain Participating Locations.
You earn Points in fixed three month periods (each a “Program Period”) as shown below:
- Program Period 1: November 1 - January 31
- Program Period 2: February 1 - April 30
- Program Period 3: May 1 - July 31
- Program Period 4: August 1 - October 31
- Program Period 5: November 1 - January 31
Points expire and reset to zero at the end of every Program Period. They do not carry over to the next Program Period. Points will count in the Program Period in which Uber processes the point (which may be the next Program Period). You will not earn any Points for taking rides as a rider or orders you submit on Uber Eats. Points have no cash value and are used solely to determine your Program Tier. Points may be revoked if a ride or delivery, for which Points were earned, is refunded or if Uber believes, in its sole discretion, that Points were earned through or in connection with any fraud, abuse of the platform, or in violation of your Platform Access Agreement.
If you are a Driver that meets all the eligibility requirements set forth herein, and you are also an Uber Eats delivery person (each independent provider of Uber Eats meal delivery services, a “Delivery Person” or “Delivery People”), you will earn 1 Point for each Uber Eats delivery you complete in the United States, in addition to any trips you complete as a Driver.
For eligible Delivery People, you will earn additional Points, depending on the Participating Location, when you (1) pick-up a delivery or (2) dropoff and complete a delivery during the Additional Point Hours. If you are only a Delivery Person, providing deliveries with Uber Eats, and do not have an active Driver account, you are not eligible to participate in the Program and cannot earn any rewards from the Program; however, you may be able to access rewards through the Uber Eats Pro program, subject to availability and the Uber Eats Pro terms and conditions.
A Program Members’ Tier status will be determined by: (1) the Points earned in the previous Program Period and Points earned in the current Program Period; (2) Cancellation Rate (calculated on a rolling thirty (30) day basis); and (3) star rating average over the past 500 trips. If a Program Member has completed less than 500 trips, the star rating is based on the average star rating of all lifetime trips.
PROGRAM TIERS AND WINDOWS
The Program offers four membership Tiers: Blue, Gold, Platinum, Diamond (“Tiers”). Tiers unlock access to certain rewards (“Rewards”). Each successive Tier includes its own Rewards as well as the Rewards of the preceding Tiers.
The Points you earn in one Program Period, will determine your Tier in the next Program Period. Tiers are not permanent and must be earned for every Program Period. In addition to the Points threshold outlined below, you must also have at (1) least a 4.85 driver star rating and (2) no greater than 4% cancellation rate in order to reach the next Tier.
The Point amounts necessary to reach each Tier vary by market. See the “Your Rewards” section in the “How Uber Pro Works” section in your Uber app under “Uber Pro” for the applicable Points thresholds for the Gold, Diamond and Platinum Tiers for each Participating Location. For each Participating Location, Drivers who do not meet the requirements for Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tiers are placed into the Blue Tier. There are no additional requirements for the Blue Tier other than as set forth in the “Eligibility” section above.
You can move to a higher Tier during the current Program Period if you meet the Points and requirements described above. In that case, you will automatically be moved to the next Tier and you will stay in that Tier for the current Program Period and the next Program Period. For example, if you are a Driver in Seattle and earn your 600th Point and have the required star rating (4.85 or greater) and a cancellation rate (4% or less) in Program Period 4 (beginning on August 1), you will have earned the Gold Tier for the remainder of Program Period 4 and for the entire Program Period 5 (until October 31) provided you meet the ”Program Standards” (defined below) during Program Period 4 (see “Maintaining Your Tier” below).
Once you obtain a higher Tier, you may be able to immediately access some Rewards for the higher Tier, but not all Rewards may be available immediately.
MAINTAINING YOUR TIER - Program Standards
In order to maintain your Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tier status during the entire applicable Program Period, you must maintain, at all times (1) a minimum star rating of 4.75 and (2) a maximum cancellation rate of 10% (collectively, “Program Standards”).
If you fail to meet Program Standards, you will lose your Tier status and access to the offered Rewards until you reach a minimum star rating of 4.75, cancellation rate of 10% or lower again. If you fail to meet Program Standards, you will maintain access to the Blue Tier and the corresponding Rewards as long as you remain in the Uber Pro program.
HOW TO VIEW POINTS BALANCES
You can view your current Points balances within the settings of the Uber App. Any errors or omissions on transactions posted to your Program Account must be reported within one month by contacting Uber as noted in the “Contact Us” section below. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award Points or adjust Tier status. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your Points are credited to your Program Account.
It may take approximately 72 hours for your cancellation rate to refresh. In the event of an outage of the Uber systems, your Points may be delayed in displaying in your Program Account. Additionally, if the outage occurs near the end of a Program Period, it is possible the Points will not be applied until the next Program Period.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Uber may suspend, revoke, or terminate your Program Account at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated, all Points associated with your Program membership and any Rewards may be forfeited immediately upon termination, in accordance with the terms of the specific Reward, as detailed below. If your Program membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Points and Rewards associated with your Program membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND PROGRAM TERMINATION
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to you or any other Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications that: (1) govern how Points are earned on and after the date of change; (2) change the number of Points required to access a Tier; (3) change the specific Rewards offered in each Tier; or (4) change any other requirements necessary to obtain Rewards within a Tier. No Points will be earned after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all Program Members immediately.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
Uber’s rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Uber to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances will be the responsibility of that entity.
INTERPRETATION OF PROGRAM TERMS
All interpretations of these Program Terms will be in Uber’s sole discretion and Uber’s decisions will be final.
DISCLAIMER
The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons outside of our control. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program, its features or any Rewards. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We, our affiliated entities and third party Rewards providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
REWARDS DETAILS AND ADDITIONAL TERMS
Rewards are not redeemable for Points or cash and have no cash value. Rewards may also only be available in certain locations and to some Program Members. Reward details, terms and limitations are described below and are hereby incorporated into these Program Terms. Rewards provided by third parties may require additional action by you, including, without limitation, agreeing to additional terms or creating an account with such third party. Drivers are responsible for all taxes that may be owed as a result of receiving the Rewards. Uber is not responsible for the products or services offered by third parties.
To ensure the success of the Program, Uber may collect information on such third party Rewards-based transactions for information and reporting purposes, in each case, subject to the terms to which you and the third party Reward provider have agreed.
THE FOLLOWING LIST INCLUDES DETAILS ON THE CURRENT REWARDS PROVIDED BY PARTICIPATING THIRD PARTIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT OFFERS FROM THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCESSING THE REWARDS, AS WELL AS THE IDENTITIES OF THE THIRD PARTIES THEMSELVES, ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME IN UBER’S SOLE DISCRETION.
Cash Back on Gas
Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers with the Uber Debit Card
Cash Back on gas requires the successful application and opt-in to the terms of the Uber Debit Card (see terms and conditions here - https://www.uber.com/legal/other/uberdebitdetails/). This means Drivers must (1) maintain an active card and (2) opt in and remain opted in to the Uber Debit Card reward program (an “Active Uber Debit Card Holder”); and (3) use the Uber Debit Card as Payment for the transaction (this means you are required to select Debit and enter your PIN at the pump). Fleet drivers are not eligible for the Cash Back Reward, but may be eligible for all other Uber Pro Rewards.
The percentage of cash back received pursuant to this Reward does not depend on the Driver Tier, as detailed in Table 1 below:

Tuition Coverage at ASU
Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tier who have completed 3,000 lifetime trips by using the Uber platform. Drivers remain eligible for this Reward for as long as they maintain Gold, Platinum or Diamond status, and for an additional 3 month grace period if they move to the Blue Tier. Previously eligible Drivers can regain eligibility by requalifying for Gold, Platinum or Diamond status.
This Reward may be used by the Program Member, or the Program Member can choose to transfer the Reward to a qualifying family member, who is a spouse or domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, legal guardian or dependent of the Program Member.
To be eligible to apply for for the 100% tuition coverage described below, Drivers, or their designated qualifying family member (each an “Eligible Enrollee”) must complete and submit to Arizona State University online (together with the Board of Regents for Arizona State University, “ASU”) a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (“FAFSA”), and complete all required documentation as requested by ASU to determine aid eligibility.
Uber may issue an IRS Form 1099 indicating the approximate retail value of this Reward to relevant taxing authorities for tax reporting purposes.
This Reward enables Eligible Enrollees to apply to ASU and enroll in (1) one of the fully online undergraduate degree programs, certificate programs, or the Earned Admission (pathway) track available at ASU, (2) Online English as a Second Language (“ESL”) Certificate, or (3) continuing and professional education (“CPE”) courses (together, the “Education Program”), with 100% tuition coverage, as described below.
The 100% tuition coverage applies to the following fees:
- “Tuition Fees” means Base Tuition plus Program Fees and Student Fees.
- “Base Tuition” means the list price for ASU online baccalaureate degree and non-degree courses, certificates, CPE and Earned Admission pathway courses, as determined by ASU annually. Degree program Base Tuition is posted online at https://catalog.asu.edu/tuitionandfees/ (website location subject to change). To the extent that an Eligible Enrollee qualifies for other scholarships, grants or other financial aid related to their enrollment in the Education Program, the value of such scholarships and/or grants will be deducted from the list price when calculating this Base Tuition amount.
- “Student Fees” means admissions, technology, financial aid trust, pathway, verification and other fees charged to students and learners, as determined by ASU annually. Student Fees for degree programs are posted online at https://catalog.asu.edu/tuitionandfees/ (website location subject to change)
- “Program Fees” means additional tuition list price fees (also referred to as program tuition or differential tuition, and other similar college or departmental fees) charged by ASU in addition to Base Tuition for certain ASU Online degree programs, as determined by ASU annually. Program Fees are posted online at https://catalog.asu.edu/tuitionandfees/ (website location subject to change)
Eligible Enrollees are responsible for the cost of textbooks, taxes associated with this Reward, and any computers or technology services (e.g., a reliable internet connection and course-related software requirements) they may need. A computer or laptop is essential in order to be successful with online courses.
THE ENROLLMENT DESCRIBED ABOVE DEPENDS UPON THE ELIGIBLE ENROLLEE GAINING ADMISSION INTO THE EDUCATION PROGRAM. SUCH ADMISSION IS NOT ASSURED. ADMISSIONS DECISIONS WILL BE MADE BY ASU IN ASU’S SOLE DISCRETION.
The lifetime value of this education Reward is capped at 135 enrolled credit hours for ASU Online (i.e. degree program) and $3,000 for Continuing Professional Education, ESL and Earned Admission (amount is post-scholarship, post-financial aid. Caps are tied to an individual Program Member and do not reset if transferred to a qualifying family member or if the student switches between programs. The Reward may be transferred to a qualifying family member a maximum of two times.
CarAdvise: Car Maintenance Services
Who is Eligible: All Drivers in the Program are eligible for this Reward, as long as (1) they have completed 25 lifetime trips and (2) have signed up for CarAdvise via their Driver account. CarAdvise terms may be found at https://app.caradvise.com/#/uber. In some cases, this Reward may also require acceptance to additional terms and conditions of a third party supplier.
CarAdvise membership provides discounted pricing (25% on average) on certain car maintenance services, displayed within the CarAdvise platform, based off of regular retail pricing, which is subject to change without notice and varies by location. Prices displayed in the CarAdvise platform are also subject to applicable state and local taxes. Depending on your selected service, CarAdvise will provide a retail price, which is of what you can reasonably expect to pay for that service in your geographic area. CarAdvise and Uber make no guarantee as to a specific savings amount per transaction.
The CarAdvise platform will enable you to select services and compare prices at select nearby car maintenance facilities. CarAdvise members can book car maintenance services via the CarAdvise platform.
Urgent.ly: Discounted 24/7 Roadside Assistance
Who is Eligible: All Drivers in the Program are eligible for this Reward, as long as they have signed up on the Urgent.ly website for Drivers. See https://uberapp.urgent.ly/ to redeem the Reward.

Urgent.ly: 24/7 Roadside Assistance

Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Discounts provided through SheerID require redemption and may vary by both Uber Pro tier and by merchants available on SheerID. Drivers must sign up with SheerID and terms may be found here. In some cases, this Reward may also require signing up with a third party and acceptance to additional terms and conditions of a third party. Uber is not affiliated in any way with any of the merchants on the SheerID platform and does not provide and is not responsible for their products, services, or offers. Priority Airport Rematch
Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Diamond tier.
This Reward is subject to availability at a given airport, which may change at any time without notice. If available, a qualifying Program Member may get prioritized for a potentially faster pickup at the airport.
Status Protection
Who is Eligible: Drivers who (1) have achieved either Platinum or Diamond status for two consecutive Program Program periods (“Qualifying Status Streak”); (2) have had a subsequent drop in status that is below the lowest status that was part of the Qualifying Status Streak; and (3) then enabled Status Protection in the Uber app.
Your protected status will be in effect from the date you activate it until the end of the Program Period in which you activate it. You may need to refresh your app for the new status to become active.
GetUpside: Cash Back on Fuel
Who is Eligible: All Drivers in the Uber Pro Program are eligible for this Reward, subject to the terms on the GetUpside website.

For example, if you are a Driver in Seattle and earn your 600th Point and have the required star rating (4.85 or greater), a cancellation rate (4% or less), and acceptance rate (85% or greater) in Program Period 4 (beginning on August 1), you will have earned the Gold Tier for the remainder of Program Period 4 and for the entire Program Period 5 (until October 31) provided you meet the ”Program Standards” (defined below) during Program Period 4 (see “Maintaining Your Tier” below).
Once you obtain a higher Tier, you may be able to immediately access some Rewards for the higher Tier, but not all Rewards may be available immediately.
MAINTAINING YOUR TIER - Program Standards
In order to maintain your Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tier status during the entire applicable Program Period, you must maintain, at all times (1) a minimum star rating of 4.75, (2) a maximum cancellation rate of 10%. and (3) a minimum acceptance rate of 75% (collectively, “Program Standards”).
If you fail to meet Program Standards, you will lose your Tier status and access to the offered Rewards until you reach a (1) minimum star rating of 4.75, (2) cancellation rate of 10% or lower again, and (3) minimum acceptance rate of 75%. If you fail to meet Program Standards, you will maintain access to the Blue Tier and the corresponding Rewards as long as you remain in the Uber Pro program.
HOW TO VIEW POINTS BALANCES
You can view your current Points balances within the settings of the Uber App. Any errors or omissions on transactions posted to your Program Account must be reported within one month by contacting Uber as noted in the “Contact Us” section below. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award Points or adjust Tier status. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your Points are credited to your Program Account.
It may take approximately 72 hours for your cancellation and acceptance rate to refresh. In the event of an outage of the Uber systems, your Points may be delayed in displaying in your Program Account. Additionally, if the outage occurs near the end of a Program Period, it is possible the Points will not be applied until the next Program Period.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Uber may suspend, revoke, or terminate your Program Account at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated, all Points associated with your Program membership and any Rewards may be forfeited immediately upon termination, in accordance with the terms of the specific Reward, as detailed below. If your Program membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Points and Rewards associated with your Program membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program.
PROGRAM CHANGES AND PROGRAM TERMINATION
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to you or any other Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications that: (1) govern how Points are earned on and after the date of change; (2) change the number of Points required to access a Tier; (3) change the specific Rewards offered in each Tier; or (4) change any other requirements necessary to obtain Rewards within a Tier. No Points will be earned after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all Program Members immediately.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
Uber’s rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Uber to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances will be the responsibility of that entity.
INTERPRETATION OF PROGRAM TERMS
All interpretations of these Program Terms will be in Uber’s sole discretion and Uber’s decisions will be final.

The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons outside of our control. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program, its features or any Rewards. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We, our affiliated entities and third party Rewards providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
REWARDS DETAILS AND ADDITIONAL TERMS
Rewards are not redeemable for Points or cash and have no cash value. Rewards may also only be available in certain locations and to some Program Members. Reward details, terms and limitations are described below and are hereby incorporated into these Program Terms. Rewards provided by third parties may require additional action by you, including, without limitation, agreeing to additional terms or creating an account with such third party. Drivers are responsible for all taxes that may be owed as a result of receiving the Rewards. Uber is not responsible for the products or services offered by third parties.
To ensure the success of the Program, Uber may collect information on such third party Rewards-based transactions for information and reporting purposes, in each case, subject to the terms to which you and the third party Reward provider have agreed.
THE FOLLOWING LIST INCLUDES DETAILS ON THE CURRENT REWARDS PROVIDED BY PARTICIPATING THIRD PARTIES. Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers with the Uber Debit Card

This means Drivers must (1) maintain an active card and (2) opt in and remain opted in to the Uber Debit Card reward program (an “Active Uber Debit Card Holder”); and (3) use the Uber Debit Card as Payment for the transaction (this means you are required to select Debit and enter your PIN at the pump). Tuition Coverage at ASU
Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tier who have completed 3,000 lifetime trips by using the Uber platform. Drivers remain eligible for this Reward for as long as they maintain Gold, Platinum or Diamond status, and for an additional 3 month grace period if they move to the Blue Tier. Previously eligible Drivers can regain eligibility by requalifying for Gold, Platinum or Diamond status.
This Reward may be used by the Program Member, or the Program Member can choose to transfer the Reward to a qualifying family member, who is a spouse or domestic partner, child, sibling, parent, legal guardian or dependent of the Program Member.
To be eligible for the 100% tuition coverage described below, Drivers, or their designated qualifying family member (each an “Eligible Enrollee”) must complete and submit to Arizona State University online (together with the Board of Regents for Arizona State University, “ASU”) a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (“FAFSA”), and complete all required documentation as requested by ASU to determine aid eligibility.
Uber may issue an IRS Form 1099 indicating the approximate retail value of this Reward to relevant taxing authorities for tax reporting purposes.
This Reward enables Eligible Enrollees to apply to ASU and enroll in (1) one of the fully online undergraduate degree programs, certificate programs, or the Earned Admission (pathway) track available at ASU, (2) Online English as a Second Language (“ESL”) Certificate, or (3) continuing and professional education (“CPE”) courses, for which a FAFSA is not required (together, the “Education Program”), with 100% tuition coverage, as described below.
The 100% tuition coverage applies to the following fees:
- “Tuition Fees” means Base Tuition plus Program Fees and Student Fees.
- “Base Tuition” means the list price for ASU online baccalaureate degree and non-degree courses, certificates, CPE and Earned Admission pathway courses, as determined by ASU annually. Degree program Base Tuition is posted online at https://catalog.asu.edu/tuitionandfees/ (website location subject to change). To the extent that an Eligible Enrollee qualifies for scholarships, grants or other financial aid related to their enrollment in the Education Program, the value of such scholarships and/or grants will be deducted from the list price when calculating this Base Tuition amount.
- “Student Fees” means admissions, technology, financial aid trust, pathway, verification and other fees charged to students and learners, as determined by ASU annually. - “Program Fees” means additional tuition list price fees (also referred to as program tuition or differential tuition, and other similar college or departmental fees) charged by ASU in addition to Base Tuition for certain ASU Online degree programs, as determined by ASU annually. Eligible Enrollees are responsible for the cost of textbooks, taxes associated with this Reward, and any computers or technology services (e.g., a reliable internet connection and course-related software requirements) they may need. A computer or laptop is essential in order to be successful with online courses.
THE ENROLLMENT DESCRIBED ABOVE DEPENDS UPON THE ELIGIBLE ENROLLEE GAINING ADMISSION INTO THE EDUCATION PROGRAM. SUCH ADMISSION IS NOT ASSURED. ADMISSIONS DECISIONS WILL BE MADE BY ASU IN ASU’S SOLE DISCRETION.
The lifetime value of this education Reward is capped at 135 enrolled credit hours for ASU Online (i.e. degree program) and $3,000 for Continuing Professional Education, ESL and Earned Admission (amount is post-scholarship, post-financial aid. Caps are tied to an individual Program Member and do not reset if transferred to a qualifying family member or if the student switches between programs. The Reward may be transferred to a qualifying family member a maximum of two times.
CarAdvise: Car Maintenance Services
Who is Eligible: All Drivers in the Program are eligible for this Reward, as long as (1) they have completed 25 lifetime trips and (2) have signed up for CarAdvise via their Driver account. CarAdvise terms may be found at https://app.caradvise.com/#/uber. In some cases, this Reward may also require acceptance to additional terms and conditions of a third party supplier.
CarAdvise membership provides discounted pricing (25% on average) on certain car maintenance services, displayed within the CarAdvise platform, based off of regular retail pricing, which is subject to change without notice and varies by location. Prices displayed in the CarAdvise platform are also subject to applicable state and local taxes. Depending on your selected service, CarAdvise will provide a retail price, which is of what you can reasonably expect to pay for that service in your geographic area. CarAdvise and Uber make no guarantee as to a specific savings amount per transaction.
The CarAdvise platform will enable you to select services and compare prices at select nearby car maintenance facilities. CarAdvise members can book car maintenance services via the CarAdvise platform.
Urgent.ly: Discounted 24/7 Roadside Assistance
Who is Eligible: All Drivers in the Program are eligible for this Reward, as long as they have signed up on the Urgent.ly website for Drivers.Drivers in the Blue Gold, Platinum or Diamond tiers. Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Discounts provided through SheerID require redemption and may vary by both Uber Pro tier and by merchants available on SheerID. Drivers must sign up with SheerID and terms may be found here. In some cases, this Reward may also require signing up with a third party and acceptance to additional terms and conditions of a third party. Priority Airport Rematch
Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Diamond tier.
This Reward is subject to availability at a given airport, which may change at any time without notice. If available, a qualifying Program Member may get prioritized for a potentially faster pickup at the airport.
Trip Duration and Trip Direction
Who is Eligible: Drivers in the Gold, Platinum or Diamond tier who maintain a trip acceptance rate of 85% or higher (calculated on a rolling thirty (30) day basis). Drivers in the Blue Tier are not eligible for this Reward.
To qualify for this Reward, an eligible Driver Partner must maintain an acceptance rate of 85% or higher (calculated on a rolling thirty (30) day basis). The Trip Direction component of this Reward is not available in all Participating Locations. For Drivers in the Gold, Platinum or Diamond Tier, this Reward applies to all trips on the Uber Driver App (in Uber’s sole discretion) but does not apply to Uber Eats deliveries.
Status Protection
Who is Eligible: Drivers who (1) have achieved either Platinum or Diamond status for two consecutive Program Program periods (“Qualifying Status Streak”); (2) have had a subsequent drop in status that is below the lowest status that was part of the Qualifying Status Streak; and (3) then enabled Status Protection in the Uber app.
Your protected status will be in effect from the date you activate it until the end of the Program Period in which you activate it. You may need to refresh your app for the new status to become active.
