To make sure we’re doing our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we’re switching to an appointment-only model for select Greenlight locations. Drivers and delivery people are required to schedule an appointment in advance if they want to visit a Greenlight location.
How to Upload
Received your driver accreditation or driver accreditation approval email from Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV)? Follow these simple steps to upload it to your Uber profile.
What to upload
As evidence of a current Victorian driver accreditation, Uber currently accepts either the driver accreditation certificate (left) or card (right).
Until your certificate or card arrives, Uber will accept your driver accreditation approval email for up to 30 days.
Important: Make sure you upload a copy of the driver accreditation certificate once it arrives, as your driver accreditation approval email will only be accepted in place of a copy of your driver accreditation certificate for a period of 30 days from the time you received the driver accreditation approval email.
