For example, if you complete 6 trips during the incentive period, 4 of those trips must begin in the Qualifying Region in order to meet the requirement.
Maintain the above required trips per hour. Trips per hour (TPH) is calculated by taking your total number of completed trips in a given incentive period divided by the total number of hours that you were online during that same incentive period.
For example, if the qualification period is 2 hours long, and the required TPH is 2, then you must take at least 4 trips in those 2 hours to meet the TPH requirement.
Maintain a 90% acceptance rate for each incentive period. Your acceptance rate is calculated by taking the total number of trip requests that you accepted during the incentive period divided by the total number of trip requests that were sent to you during that same incentive period.
For example, during the time frame of the guarantee, you received 10 trip requests and accepted 9 of them. 9/10 = 0.9 x 100 = 90% Acceptance Rate.
Be online in the Qualifying Area during the incentive period.
The fare multiplier and hourly guarantee offers are considered separate and are paid out separately. Meeting the requirements for one offer does not affect eligibility for the other. Both payments are based on fares from completed rides and do not include amounts paid from another offer.
Qualification parameters reset at the beginning of each new incentive period.
Guaranteed amounts are average hourly gross fares, based on hours online per incentive period, and include the Uber service fee. Booking Fee and tolls are not included in the guaranteed amount.
Average hourly gross fares are calculated by taking your total gross fares (including the Uber service fee) in a given incentive period and dividing them by the total number of hours that you were online in that same incentive period.
