Celebrating Philadelphia Partners
On Monday, June 15, we thanked nearly 1,000 driver-partners from South Philly, Darby, Collingdale, and Landsdowne at a local driver-partner appreciation lunch. It was an opportunity to gather, share personal stories, and form new friendships within the Uber community.
Day in and day out, our driver-partners have the freedom and flexibility to make their own schedules and provide safe and affordable rides throughout Philadelphia — all while earning the income they need to support their families. In May alone, South Philly driver-partners provided more than 70,000 rides and earned almost 1.2 million dollars.
Uber driver-partner and South Philly resident Peggy shared her personal experience with fellow driver-partners.
